Since the reform and opening up,China's development has entered the fast lane.After China's accession to the WTO in 2001,under the dual impetus of infrastructure construction and industrial development,the development speed of China's iron and steel industry began to be far ahead of the global average.In 2020,China's crude steel production capacity will exceed 1 billion tons,the world's largest production capacity for more than ten consecutive years.At the same time,a group of steel manufacturing companies represented by Baowu Group,Jingye Group,and Jianlong Group have begun large-scale acquisitions,Merger activities,which means that the steel manufacturing industry is undergoing major changes.With the development of the steel manufacturing industry,China's steel trading industry is also developing rapidly.In the constant changes and promotion of the market and supply-demand relationship,steel trading companies have been stimulated to vigorously vigorously;after the development of the market economy,China's steel trading companies have a huge number of employees,but they are of different scales and capabilities.Similarly,although some large-scale steel trading companies have formed in the country and major steel distribution centers,the overall concentration in the industry is not high,and the profit method is mainly pure trading.In the context of “carbon neutrality and carbon peaking”,the national policy of“cutting production capacity and adjusting structure” will accelerate the implementation.For steel trading companies,the market competition will become more intense,and consumer demand will also dramatic changes have taken place under the control of macroeconomic policies,and these factors will inevitably have an impact on the formulation of marketing strategies for steel trading companies.XC Steel Trading Company is a representative enterprise in the industry.Therefore,studying how XC Steel Trading Company can formulate marketing strategies more scientifically and reasonably has strong practical value for the development of steel trading companies.This article takes the marketing strategy of XC Steel Trading Company as the research object,uses theoretical tools such as PEST and 7Ps in marketing,combined with empirical methods such as questionnaires,to analyze the current marketing situation of XC Steel Trading Company,finds the existing problems,and puts forward optimization.There are still many shortcomings in the analysis of the marketing strategy of XC Steel Trading Company in this article.There are still some shortcomings in the combination of theory and practice.The scientificity of the marketing strategy optimization plan also needs further research and verification;and the verification time will take several years,so this part of the work will be completed in future research.
