Study On Paper Packaging Design Of Su Style Cake "CaiZhiZhai"

China is the hometown of paper.Paper packaging appeared with the invention of paper making in China.It can not only be used as the material for writing and painting,but also widely used in the fields of book binding,wrapping articles and packaging design.The invention and application of paper greatly improved the social production mode and living environment of human beings.Among them,paper packaging used in advertising and commercial fields,the earliest can be traced back to the early Western Han Dynasty.This shows that the use of paper packaging has a long history.Paper material used in food packaging has a very long history.Paper packaging has the advantages of low cost,good plasticity and easy recycling.It can effectively protect food and articles,so it is widely used in pastry packaging.However,with the progress of technology and the development of new materials,such as the emergence of plastic material,paper packaging is facing a great threat,and its share in the market is gradually declining.Although plastic is becoming the mainstream of food packaging in the market today,paper packaging is still used in many pastry products.The types of cakes in China are rich and diverse,with a total of 11 schools,among which the Su style cakes in the south of the Yangtze River leave a very deep impression on people.The raw materials of the cakes are selected with local characteristics and full of local flavor,which is also a major feature that distinguishes Su style cakes from those of other schools.Caizizhai is a time-honored brand of Suzhou pastry with a long history and profound culture.It is a beautiful name card of Suzhou pastry.At present,the western pastry has a serious impact on the traditional pastry,so carrying forward the traditional Chinese pastry is also an important part of the development of our national culture.This paper investigated and analyzed the current situation of Suzhou-style pastry packaging and the analysis of other types of pastry packaging.Taking the integration design of Suzhou-style pastry paper packaging in the area south of the Yangtze River of China and modern life as the entry point,the field investigation method and literature analysis method were used to seek for the regional cultural characteristics of Suzhou and the types of pastry paper packaging for a summary study.The paper packaging is combined with Suzhou-style pastry culture and Suzhou folk culture,and the concept of ecological sustainability is integrated into the packaging design of Suzhou-style traditional cakes,so as to inherit and develop the two together.
