Coal resource is an important energy source in China. Some large-scale equipment is needed to improve coal production efficiency at coal mining sites and coal preparation plants. All kinds of mechanical and electrical equipment will cause damage to equipment components under overload for a long time.Common defects include through holes, inclusions, impact pits, etc.these defects will greatly reduce the performance and strength of materials, and even bring disastrous potential safety hazards. As an advanced new nondestructive testing technology, ultrasonic testing technology is widely used in industrial equipment damage detection. However, the traditional ultrasonic testing technology has the characteristics of non intuitive reflection of defects and many interference factors in defect evaluation. In order to improve the methods of nondestructive testing and defect reconstruction and improve the reliability of testing technology, this topic explores the ultrasonic testing methods of different metal components of coal preparation plant equipment, which are organically combined with three-dimensional imaging technology. Finally, the data are programmed and processed on MATLAB platform to realize defect reconstruction. The main contents of the study are as follows:By analyzing the defect detection technology and reconstruction results of different components of coal preparation plant equipment, the image characteristics of defect reconstruction are summarized. The test results show that the error range of reconstruction results is 2.1%to 6.1%by using born approximate volume rendering method, and the error of reconstruction results by cubic spline interpolation method is 0.16%;The cubic spline interpolation method is used to reconstruct the defect of thin rod with variable aperture, and the error of reconstruction result is 0.6%;The reconstruction results are consistent with the defect shape, and the minimum depth of defects detected by ultrasonic phased array is 9.36mm,and the minimum depth of defects detected by conventional ultrasonic detection is 10.01mm;The reconstruction method based on C-scan image volume rendering is used to reconstruct the defects of heavy medium cyclone cylinder components. The reconstruction results are consistent with the defect shape. The detected defect depth is 1.97mm,which can accurately identify the depth position of the defect. The research method in this paper reconstructs the damage defects of different components, the obtained three-dimensional images are intuitive and clear, and the defect reconstruction accuracy is high. The morphology of equipment component defects can be observed intuitively from the three-dimensional reconstructed images. It is of great significance to the production, manufacture, use and maintenance of equipment in coal preparation plant.Figure[56]Table[5]Reference[84]...
