Oil production equipment in oilfields is easily damaged due to wind and sun,resulting in the failure of normal oil production.The use of wireless sensor networks to remotely monitor oilfield oil production equipment is of great significance.Currently,oilfield wireless networks mainly use technologies such as Zig Bee,WIA-PA and mobile communications.How to optimize network design,improve network reliability,reduce power consumption of field devices,and improve the efficiency of handheld access to field device data is currently an urgent problem to be solved.This thesis designs and implements an oilfield monitoring system based on WIA-PA technology,based on analyzing the oilfield monitoring requirements.The main work is as follows:1.The design requirements of the current oilfield monitoring system is investigated.The data transmission characteristics and application requirements of various sensors is analyzed,and a communication network topology is proposed for the oil and gas production Internet of Things.Under this architecture,the WIA-PA double-layer heterogeneous network is utilized to realize remote reading of oil well field equipment data from the central control room.2.Aiming at the low power consumption demand of Io T field equipment in oil and gas production,this thesis designs the optimization scheme of wireless communication module.According to the heterogeneous characteristics of data collected by industrial wireless network and transmission cycle,this thesis proposes a transmission mechanism of WIA-PA wireless network,designs the data transmission timing under two sleep modes,designs the message format of application layer load based on WIA-PA protocol,and proposes a data fragmentation transmission method,It effectively solves the problem that the data transmitted by the integrated load displacement sensor and pressure sensor can not be transmitted at one time.3.Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of traditional handheld reading equipment in the oilfield field,a scheduling method based on WIA-PA technology for handheld access to oilfield field equipment data is proposed.The superframe time slot is re-allocated to realize handheld access to field equipment data.4.In this thesis,a test platform is built for the oilfield monitoring system based on WIA-PA technology to verify the proposed method.Firstly,the high and low temperature,transmission distance and packet loss rate of WIA-PA module are tested.the application layer adaptation test data of WIA-PA is tested.Finally,the data of the handheld access field device is tested and the timeslot overhead is analyzed.The test results show that the WIA-PA module works well between-50? and 40?.When the packet loss rate is less than 1%,the transmission distance can reach 200 m.The two sleep modes reduce the power consumption of the field equipment.By changing the superframe configuration,handheld devices can access the data of field devices efficiently.
