The oil industry is one of important pillar of national economy in China, country and oil companies need to invest a lot of money on oil production every year, well site equipment diesel consumption is the lion’s share of the company’s cost. However, the drilling engineering site are mostly located in remote field, harsh and complex, is not conducive to the communication and monitoring management. In order to improve the management efficiency, save production costs, reduce business risk, accompanied by the promotion of digital oilfield construction, oil and scientific management, efficiency of production increasingly advocate, which requires the oil production management more detailed and in-depth. To solve the above problems, in this paper, the overall scheme and key technology of the well site equipment diesel consumption data remote transmission and network monitoring system(WSEDCDRT&NMS) is studied. On this basis, a set of WSEDCDRT&NMS for well site equipment is developed.Firstly, this paper introduces the problems that modern oil enterprise are faced about the management of well site diesel consumption, and the background of information network construction, and according to the demand of domestic well site equipments diesel consumption data transmission, storage and network monitoring function, put forward a general scheme of WSEDCDRT&NMS. In this scheme, the remote transmission unit is responsible for the data transmission, the remote receiving unit is responsible for receiving data, data service middleware unit is responsible for response to real-time data query of remote user, network monitoring system on distributed Internet is responsible for remote monitoring function.Then, this paper analyses the key technologies of WSEDCDRT&NMS. ①On the basis of communication and modern computer network technology, this paper proposes a well site equipment diesel consumption data remote transmission scheme. The scheme based on streaming socket for network communications, use multi threading technology to solve the problem of data transmission of concurrent, custom application layer protocol and according to the data types design reasonable data submitted mechanism. ②According to the functional requirements of WSEDCDRT&NMS, this paper puts forward a real time data network remote access scheme based on data service middleware. The scheme adopts the multilayer C/S architecture, remove the application logic to highly modular data services middleware, improve the performance of the real-time monitoring system and database security.Finally, on the basis of key technologies above, the WSEDCDRT&NMS is developed. The system is fully functional, operation is stable and reliable, and it has been applied in a drilling company in Qinghai, and achieved good results.
