Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of China's Steel Export To Thailand

China has become Thailand's most important trading partner,and the total trade volume between the two countries occupies a very important position in Thailand's foreign trade.Thailand itself is growing in steel demand,but it lacks the ability to produce and supply sufficient steel products.However,Thailand's steel market is also facing many competitors,and China's domestic steel production is also complicated with many internal and external economic factors.To promote the export of Chinese steel to Thailand,we need to comprehensively analyze the influence of relevant factors.In order to analyze the internal and external environment of China's steel products export to Thailand in theory,this paper summarizes the factors influencing China's steel products export to Thailand in terms of supply and demand theory,market structure theory,comparative advantage theory and location condition theory From the perspective of demand and competition,this paper summarizes the current conditions that affect China's steel export to Thailand,and makes a theoretical judgment on the size and direction of various factors.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper takes China's steel trade with Thailand as two systems by Pearson correlation coefficient,and carries out an empirical test from the systematic relationship between the factors that determine China's steel export capacity to Thailand and Thailand's steel import capacity.This method can measure the correlation between variables through the size of correlation coefficient.After testing the theoretical analysis through the size and direction of the correlation,the paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions focusing on various factors affecting China's steel export to Thailand.In terms of demand,Chinese iron and steel enterprises should strengthen the connection between supply and demand with Thai steel industry.In terms of supply,Chinese iron and steel industry must improve its own technical level,speed up merger and reorganization to cope with the increasingly fierce external competition,and strive to strengthen the global layout to reduce the cost of raw materials.
