In the process of enterprise production and operation,enterprise performance evaluation is playing an increasingly important role.A set of scientific performance evaluation system can not only reflect the company’s true operating conditions across a period of time,but also allow companys to put more resources on more valuable activities,thereby promoting the long-term development of the company.In the current corporate performance evaluation,the common problem of excessive emphasis on financial data represented by profit is still very serious,leading to frequent short-sighted behaviors of companies.In this case,it is necessary to introduce an enterprise performance evaluation to unify the short-term and long-term interests of the enterprise,and balance the interests between owners and agents.Based on the balanced scorecard,this paper improves the performance evaluation system for the target company and tailors a set of scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system for W company.According to the current performance evaluation system of W company,after pointing out the shortcomings of W company’s existing performance evaluation methods,this paper will improve it with the balanced scorecard,and point out the necessity of introducing economic value added.Subsequently,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each indicator of the performance evaluation system.Then,according to the national industry standards and the actual situation of W company,the assessment standards of various financial indicators and non-financial indicators were formulated respectively to assess the performance of W company within one year.Finally,based on the performance appraisal results of W company and the problems found in the performance evaluation process,some targeted suggestions are put forward to promote the long-term healthy development of the company.This paper takes a specific company as a case,by designing a set of performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard for W company,will correct the deficiencies of the existing evaluation methods,and enabled stakeholders to truly understand W company Operating conditions and future development trends,providing a supplement to the theory of corporate performance and effectiveness evaluation,and provide a certain reference for other companies to scientifically rebuild their performance evaluation system.
