markers,biological imaging,optical sensing,display devices,and many other areas,the functional light emitting materials can absorb the external conditions,electric field or form such as high-energy particle excitation energy is converted into visible light in the form of electromag-netic radiation,and gradually expand to information storage,packaging anticounterfeiting,ink coating and other industrial production.Among them,organic fluorescent dyes with high fluoresceence quantum yield,high molar absorption coefficient,high optical stability to play its advantages in anti-counterfeiting printing technology,effectively avoid lanthanide rare earth elements and quantum dot doped particles containing heavy metal toxicity,high-cost problems.In practical application,it is difficult to be hindered by the multiple components in the ink and the change of printing pressure,which leads to the lattice rupture and the phenomenon of fluorescence quenching.However,the traditional fluorescent anti-counterfeiting ink also contains volatile organic components(VOCs)of mineral oil solvents,resulting in greater harm to the environment,poor deinking of waste paper.Comprehensive view,needs to be developed based on natural pure vegetable oil resin base connection material,and can be made with organic light-emitting materials evenly dispersed dye type high luminous intensity,fast drying,corrosion resistance and fluorescent anti-counterfeit printing ink film adhesion,and with excellent stability,emulsification and is suitable for the actual way of silk screen printing,such as performance,this paper mainly revolves around the following work.Firstly,this study by using emulsion polymerization dissolved the oxidation resistance in this study,biological polymer with good sex of polyacrylonitrile(PAN),under the condition of acid hydrolysis reaction,and containing auxochrome chromophore of fluorescein organic dyes made by free hydrogen bonding between water molecules combined with pigment precursor.Then,SiO2-fluorescein/polyacrylonitrile-based pigment hybrid nano microspheres were prepared by in-situ sol-gel reaction with ethyl orthosilicate via reverse microemulsion method.The results showed that the optimal molar ratio of TEOS to acetic acid was 0.096 when the reaction time of hydrolysis and condensation was 90min.At 0.0167,the XRD spectrum showed a strong characteristic diffraction peak near 17° and 29°,which was basically consistent with the standard spectrum of PAN fiber.The main crystal structure of PAN fiber was not destroyed.The infrared spectrum showed that there was an antisymmetric stretch vibration peak of Si-O-Si bond at 1080cm-1.The Zeta surface potential is-27.6 mV,the BET specific surface area increases to 14.456 m2·g-1,SEM image shows that the particle morphology is quasi-spherical,the particle size is about 200-300 nm,and the dispersion is uniform.Under the irradiation of 350 nm wavelength excitation light,the emission peak position does not change,the fluorescence intensity(PL),The thermal stability(TGA)was significantly enhanced compared with the pigment precursors.Secondly,the preparation of a high viscosity phase colloidal binder consisting of semi-dry soybean oil containing non-conjugated double bonds and 2 linoleic acid(50~60%)and dry tung oil containing conjugated double bonds and 3 tung acid(71~82%)as the main plant oil solvent components,and rosin modified phenolic resin as the carrier.The dry orthogonal test was established to shorten the drying time to less than 3 min,and the viscosity of the plastic fluid was 3000~4000mPa·s,which was shown in soybean oil:tung oil:The resin mass ratio of 3:1:4.5 is the optimal binder formula,matching the preparation time of dissolution and chelation and the reaction procedure level B,taking 75wt.%vegetable oil type resin based binder component content and ink additives,Are respectively desiccant 2wt.%,superdispersant 2wt.%,defoaming agent 2wt.%,whitening agent 3wt.%and antioxidant 1 wt.%,add the above modified organic fluorescent pigment(15 wt.%)for full grinding to obtain the optimal fluorescent security ink formula,the printing suitability test,including acid and alkali resistance,water resistance,fluidity,viscosity,chroma characteristic parameters,as well as UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence emission and excitation spectrum performance test,the results show that the ink meets the relevant standards of fluorescent anti-counterfeiting ink and printing,showing the down-conversion dependent luminescence characteristics.The collision probability between oily solvent,luminous pigment particles and other auxiliary components is small,and there is no obvious fluorescence attenuation phenomenon,and the fluorescence stability is strong,which has good application value of anti-counterfeiting.In the end,this topic research using the network version of tension adjustable,the number of 300 screen mesh screen printing technology,will be made color ink printed in high gloss,shallow surface of glue,get specific small elegant fluorescent anti-counterfeiting pattern,the sun can contact encryption,high concealment,under 365 nm uv light can present the bright fluorescence pattern.The detection process of color decryption is simple and fast,and can be stored for a long time.The main conclusions of this topic can be applied to securities,commodity packaging,certificates and other printing anti-counterfeiting,promote the innovative development of printing anti-counterfeiting technology and the cross integration of luminescent materials and lighting devices and other disciplines,which has important social significance and economic benefits. |
