| The concept of green,environmentally-friendly,energy saving and rationality has become the leading idea of the development of printing and packaging in the future.New materials and new processes have provided brand-new technical and material support for the future development of printing and packaging.In particular,the application of green,environmentallyfriendly,anti-counterfeiting and new materials in pharmaceutical packaging not only benefits the health of consumers,but also contributes to the improvement of the safety level of pharmaceutical packaging.In view of the pharmaceutical packaging requirements for green and environmentallyfriendly of printing inks and the low visual sensitivity and color perception degradation of the elderly pharmaceutical consumer groups,with the preparation and application of the green,environmental and photoluminescence type of organic fluorescent ink,this paper effectively solves the problems of low recognition and less obvious of the anti-counterfeiting labels.It mainly studies four aspects,namely,environment-friendly organic fluorescent pigments,waterbased polyurethane emulsion binders,printing suitability of water-based organic fluorescent inks and their applications in medical packaging.The main content and innovation points of this paper are as follows:(1)A simple technical scheme of a new dye/environmental resin composite pigment is proposed.MF is used as curing resin to wrap organic dyestuffs like rhodamine B,light green SF and coumarin.During preparation of MF,the comprehensive performance of MF is effectively improved through modification of resin by adding Triethanolamine.The research result shows:except the sample G2.5 prepared with dye light green SF,other dyes all have been embedded into carrier resin and formed uniform pigment particles.In terms of micro morphology,the micro particles accumulated on the surface of Y series fluorescent pigments prepared with coumarin as dye are most intensive;in terms of particle size,the rhodamine B with 2.5 wt%is beneficial to form small pigment particles;when there is the ratio of 100:3.5 between coumarin dye and carrier resin,the fluorescence intensity is the best.All pigments have oriented block structure and show quite good physical and mechanical properties and chemical resistance as well as good thermal stability.(2)A kind of simple waterborne polyurethane emulsion that is easy to prepare is developed.The waterborne polyurethane emulsion that is applicable to ink binder resin is prepared.Moreover,the composite resin binder with excellent comprehensive properties is obtained after successful compounding of waterborne polyurethane and polyacrylate.The composite resin is prepared by the method of combination of gradual polymerization and free radical polymerization.The polymerization of(meth)acrylate monomers is caused by free radical.With waterborne polyurethane emulsion as matrix resin,the core-shell structure water-based composite resin with excellent heat resistance and stability is prepared in the polymerization occasion provided by micelle formed through emulsifier.The research result shows:the average particle size of composite resin is around 70 mm.Besides PUA3,samples PUA1,PUA2,PUA4,PUA5 all show single homogeneous system and amorphous state.The composite resin has the best heat resistance when the mixing ratio of polyurethane and polyacrylate is 1:1.(3)Four kinds of pigments like polyurethane/polyacrylate composite resin with ratio of 1:1,rhodamine B,light green SF and coumarin in different weights are added into ball mill and mixed with kinds of various auxiliaries,mechanical agitation and ultrasonic field are used to mix and disperse organic pigment and water-based composite resin,and 12 kinds of water based organic fluorescent ink with different fluorescent agent contents are obtained.The study is made on their fluorescence characteristics,ink fineness,stickness,viscosity,abrasion resistance,glossiness,color characteristics and printing color performance.Then the influence of different proportion of fluorescent agent on properties of the prepared waterborne organic fluorescent ink is analyzed.The research result shows:under 365 nm excitation wavelength,fluorescent ink sample IR series,IY2.5 and IY3.0 all show quite strong fluorescence intensity;except fluorescent ink with fluorescent agent content of 4.0 and IR3.0,the fineness of other samples is between 22-36 μm;The stickness data of IY,IG,IR series fluorescent inks were all within 10;When the ratio parameter of fluorescent agent is between 2.5 and 3.0,the ink viscosity is between 200-400 mPa·s;Abrasion resistance of 12 fluorescent inks are all more than 500 times;In the small graphic screen printing test of 128 g copper plate paper,the screen printing of samples IY3.0 and IR3.0 showed the best results.(4)Based on the fluorescent ink with fluorescent agent content of 3.0 and best fluorescence performance and printability,the properties of paper parameters,glossiness,color,density,paper absorption,etc are tested.The printability of waterborne organic fluorescent inks with the same fluorescent agent content and different types is analyzed and optimized.The result shows:three kinds of fluorescent ink with fluorescent agent content of 3.0 shows best lightness brightness on 300 g,250 g,180 g paper.The sample IY3.0 with coumarin as fluorescent agent and fluorescent agent ratio of 3.0 has highest value of ink color brightness,best glossiness,minimum reflection density.Its lightness value is closest to commercial ink and its screen printing and photoluminescence have quite good effect on 250 g white card paper.(5)Based on user’ s demands,the color matching and layout of fluorescent ink IY3.0 taking"anti-counterfeiting" and "high identification" as functional demands is constructed.Firstly,the lightness,color sensitivity and brightness characteristics of IY3.0 water-based organic fluorescent ink are analyzed in turn.Secondly,the influence of color value,color number,area specific gravity and other comprehensive factors on the "highly recognizable" of drug packaging is analyzed,and starting from the study of implicit color image,the color samples represented by CIE L*a*b*are grouped by KJ method.At the same time,the relationship between color samples and image semantics "grey-bright" is investigated by SD method and the evaluation of color image is divided into three gray categories.The gray clustering method is used to predict the positioning value of monochrome and two-color image matching of water-based organic fluorescent ink IY3.0,and obtain the "bright" color combination.Finally,the optimal color matching parameters of the package of "highly recognizable" antihypertensive drugs are obtained by optimizing the color matching scheme based on the eye movement experiment data of the elderly.In the study,by mixing prepared environmentally-friendly water-based polyurethane/polyacrylate composite binder resin with prepared organic fluorescent pigment,auxiliary with related additives,optimized ratio and process parameters,water-based organic fluorescent ink with good fluorescence performance,safe,environmentally-friendly organic fluorescent ink is prepared.Also,based on the needs of elderly customers,it explores the feasibility of its aqueous organic fluorescent ink that meets the requirements of pharmaceutical packaging,and provides theoretical guidance for the application of functional luminescent materials-water-based organic inks.Meanwhile,it provides experimental and design basis for"high identification and anti-counterfeiting" for commonly used and first-aid pharmaceuticals. |
