Many industries are currently using tickets and counterfeiting is a common phenomenon.Much of the ticket printing relies on combination printing security techniques,which are traditionally sophisticated but relatively expensive.As a result,innovation in anti-counterfeiting materials and reduction in manufacturing costs have become a major focus of current research.In ticket printing,there is also a lack of unified knowledge and standards for the evaluation of the overall performance of ticket security.Therefore,the evaluation of the overall performance of ticket security has great research potential.This thesis systematically carries out work on the principles of combined anti-counterfeiting technology in ticket printing,the preparation of raw materials for anti-counterfeiting processes,the conception of combined anti-counterfeiting technology,the testing of anti-counterfeiting printing performance and the establishment of a comprehensive anti-counterfeiting performance evaluation model.Firstly,a lower cost organic carrier ink component was prepared.The organic carrier ink component is used to design and prepare a conductive ink,which is modified and its resistance value is used as a parameter to construct a screen-printed conductive ink anti-counterfeiting process with excellent anti-counterfeiting effects.Using the modified organic carrier ink component,the magnetic ink is designed and prepared,and the magnetic ink anti-counterfeiting process for screen printing and letterpress printing is based on the magnetisation of magnetic pigments,which has a better anti-counterfeiting effect and solves the problem of staining and scuffing that occurs in printing due to the long drying cycle.Secondly,a varnish with certain stability is prepared,and the light-curing film formation effect is remarkable.The design and preparation of product packaging blanks and sample sheets to reflect the combined anti-counterfeiting technology.A hot stamping and offset printing process based on external metal lines and backing designs is also used,with good anti-counterfeiting effects.Based on the prepared varnish,the coated varnish anti-counterfeiting process using the grammage value of the coated varnish as the anti-counterfeiting mark has excellent anti-counterfeiting effects.Finally,based on the study of combined anti-counterfeiting technology,the analysis determines the indicators,establishes a model of a comprehensive performance evaluation system for ticket anti-counterfeiting,designs a comprehensive performance evaluation system for ticket anti-counterfeiting based on Excel software,and introduces in detail the design purpose and usage methods of each use interface.This thesis investigates the preparation of organic carrier ink components and varnishes that reduce the cost of printed anti-counterfeiting materials and solve practical production problems due to drying cycles.The innovative enhancement of printing security technology is achieved by using anti-counterfeiting process means such as offset primer design,external metallic thread,conductive ink resistance,magnetic pigment magnetisation and coated grammage value.The establishment of a comprehensive performance evaluation model for ticket security further promotes the comprehensive performance of ticket printing security towards practicality and standardisation.
