In the era of experience economy,consumers not only pay attention to the function and quality of luggage products,but also pay more and more attention to the purchase experience and use experience of luggage products.Therefore,it is very important to optimize the user experience and enhance the value of product experience.At present,most of the theoretical researches at home and abroad focus on the structure,function and prediction of fashion trend,but few of them apply the experience value of bags to product design.In the face of such a research situation,it is of great significance to study the relationship between bag design and experience value,as well as the application of experience value in bag product design.At present,the theory of customer value focuses on how to give full play to the advantages of enterprises so as to surpass the competitors.The way to gain the advantages is to provide more value to the target users than the competitors.This paper is to narrow the gap between the value that enterprises want to provide and the value that customers want to get by the way of experience,and use experience design to effectively provide users with luggage products with experience value,hoping to play an innovative guiding role in the design of luggage products.The purpose of this paper is to combine customer value theory with user experience elements,and to carry out innovative design research with bags as the carrier.The author creatively combines the customer value gap theory in customer value theory with the five elements of user experience in order to shorten the distance between the value provided by enterprises and the value that customers want.This paper uses literature research,induction and deduction,quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis,field research and other research methods to sort out and analyze.Finally,the flow chart of experience value in the design of luggage products is constructed to let consumers feel the experience process from scratch.This is exactly the brand-new value that experience brings to customers through products,and also enriches the content of customer value system.In this paper,experience design is applied to the design of luggage,making it a new trend in the development of luggage industry.And put forward reasonable suggestions for the application practice of experience design in luggage products,so as to enhance the experience value of products.This paper systematically analyzes the innovative design process of luggage products under the dimension of experience value,sums up the design purpose,significance and principles of luggage products under the dimension of experience value,analyzes and summarizes the basic needs and demand preferences of customers according to the real research data,and positions the user group,grade,design style and design scheme of the products.
