Electric pyrotechnics use electric energy as the initial excitation energy to cause the internal medicine of the pyrotechnics to burn or explode.It is widely used in aerospace,defense and military industry,general ammunition and civil pyrotechnic equipment.The pyrotechnics used in the aerobats are mainly electric pyrotechnics,and the resistance value of the pyrotechnics is usually measured when the aerobat is not powered on to determine the performance indicators of the pyrotechnics.The performance and reliability of the pyrotechnic device have an important influence on the normal operation of the aerobat.Therefore,the electrical resistance test of the pyrotechnic device is an essential part of the aerobat self-check and routine test.Electrical pyrotechnic devices are very sensitive to the current in the circuit.Once the current exceeds the safety threshold,it will not only cause damage to the pyrotechnic device itself,but also easily bring safety hazards to equipment and personnel.At present,domestic aerobat testing and maintenance support units mainly use high-precision,safe and reliable digital instruments for pyrotechnic product testing,but the degree of automation and testing efficiency of the testing process is low.The aerobat scientific research unit mainly uses virtual instrument technology and standard modular products to test pyrotechnic devices,but the test equipment has weak mobility.In this context,this thesis aims to study a pyrotechnics test instrument,which uses portable structural design and virtual instrument technology on the basis of ensuring test safety and resistance measurement accuracy to meet the requirements of use,and has a configurable process The automatic test function,automatic calibration function and network remote control function meet the overall unit's test requirements for multiple types of aerobat fireworks.First of all,this thesis analyzes the actual test requirements of multiple types of explosive devices,carry out research on the principle and method of resistance measurement,and propose an overall design plan for a portable pyrotechnic device tester(hereinafter referred to as " test instrument ").Secondly,in terms of hardware design,based on the modular design concept,the hardware of instrument is divided into two parts: the main control function module and the channel switching function module,and the control circuit,resistance measurement circuit,power supply circuit,and communication circuit included in the function module are introduced in turn.And channel switching circuit.Focus on the safety and measurement accuracy of resistance measurement to continue analysis and design.Thirdly,in terms of software design,the main controller program software design and the upper computer software design were carried out respectively.The design method of low-delay,high-speed network communication is introduced in detail,and the calibration method to improve the accuracy of resistance measurement is discussed.Finally,the debugging method of the instrument's hardware is introduced,the basic functions of the instrument are tested and inspected one by one,and the error analysis of the resistance measurement results is carried out.Through the joint test with the three types of tested objects and the completion of the delivery acceptance,the test results show that the tester is stable and reliable,meets the requirements of various technical indicators,and can complete all test tasks.
