With the rapid development of modern science and technology, enterprise development strategy is more dependent on high-tech applications. In order to stand out and become the industry leader in the fierce competitive environment, a company has only mastered the industry's most cutting edge scientific and technological achievements and put into practice. New dry-process cement enterprise is no exception. The latest design concepts, advanced automatic control technology and information management technology applied to production and management of enterprises in the cement industry have become unstoppable trends.In the production process of the dry-process cement companies, quality control throughout the production areas is an important part of the whole process. And it is a key factor of the finished cememt quality to be good or bad. All the activities of these enterprises must be based on the quality of cement, strict quality management system and strengthening the cement production process quality control level. The key part of quality control in new dry-process cement companies is how to timely and reasonably get, preparate, transport and test samples during the cement production process. But domestic cement producers use more manual sampling, manual transporting and manual testing. It's far difficult to meet the development requirements of quality control in the modern cement companies. In the meanwhile, it costs a lot of manpower and material resources and increases cement production costs.Based on the above status, in this paper, new dry-process cement companies as the research object, combined with the latest design concepts and advanced automatic control technology and data information management technology, we firstly develop a set of automatic sampling, sample preparation, pneumatic conveying and testing of the fully automated online quality control testing system for these companies.In this paper, research and design are focus on the following aspects. (1) Described the overall design of the automatic sampling, transport and testing system in new dry-process cement companies. (2) Analyzed quality control points and control projects of cement production and confirmed by sampling points. (3) Designed automatic sampling and sample preparation systems, and designed structures of autosampler and sample auto-mixer. (4) According to specific working conditions of a new dry-process cement enterprise, designed the entire enterprise pneumatic conveying system. (5) Put forward the design idea of automatic testing system. Analyzed and designed the raw material automatic sampling, transporting and testing quality control system.From the nature of work, this new dry-process cement enterprises automatic sampling, transporting and testing system can be divided into machinery and equipment systems, PLC automatic control system and data information management system. According to the working process,this system can be divided into three subsystems, such as automatic sampling system, pneumatic conveying system and automatic testing system. Interaction and feedback of these subsystems completed the on-line testing tasks of material quality control point in the whole cement company. The system provided accurate, real-time quality control data for new dry-process cement enterprises. So it not only greatly improved accuracy and efficiency of quality control in the cement production process, also saved a great deal of manpower and resources. If this research output can be widely used in the new dry-process cement enterprises of our country, huge economic and social benefits will be brought to these enterprises.
