Polyester(PET)fabrics have excellent performance and are widely used. After blending with spandex(PU),their wearability is greatly improved. However, the color fastness of polyester spandex after dyeing and waste water pollution have always been the focus of people's attention. In order to solve the problem of cumbersome dyeing process and poor color fastness of polyester-spandex blended fabrics, this topic focuses on the high-color fastness polyester-spandex dyeing process, which solves the problems of uneven dyeing and poor transmittance of heavy polyester-spandex fabrics. And reduce waste water discharge. The main research contents of this topic are:1)The basic performance and storage stability of 6 self-made liquid disperse dyes(Orange 288,Orange 44,Blue 60,Red 167,Violet 93,Black MP)were discussed. The particle size and particle size distribution of liquid disperse dyes and the Zeta potential of the dye are tested to characterize the particle size of the dye;the storage performance of the dye is characterized by the particle size and particle size distribution of different storage times.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)tests on liquid disperse dyes revealed the interaction between additives and dyes.2)The short-flow and low-emission new process of self-made liquid disperse dyes on polyester spandex fabrics using pad dyeing and hot-melt coloring was investigated. The self-made liquid disperse dyes have been studied to improve the dyeing performance of polyester spandex fabrics;in pad dyeing, different fabrics with different liquid percentages and hot melt dyeing at different temperatures can improve the apparent color(K/S value),color fastness and color of the fabric. The impact of changes. The effect of homemade liquid disperse dyes using conventional high temperature and high pressure dyeing on fabric dyeing performance and wastewater discharge was investigated. The advantages and disadvantages of self-made liquid disperse dyes and commercial powder disperse dyes for dyeing polyester spandex fabrics are compared.3)9 kinds of dyeing auxiliaries(ELD-S,PD,MC,CP70,KE,CP72,EC,PTF3 and MP1)were investigated, and the influence of pad dyeing process on the apparent color of polyester spandex fabrics was investigated.Five kinds of auxiliaries were screened, and the influence of auxiliaries on the hot-melt dyeing performance of polyester-spandex pad dyeing was investigated through orthogonal experiments.A levelling agent was prepared, which can solve the white core phenomenon of continuous pad-dyeing and improve polyester-spandex.Color fastness of fabric.Research indicates:1)Self-made 6 liquid dispersion liquids, among which the average particle size of Violet93 is the smallest, only 56 nm,and the particle size distribution index(PDI)is 0.57;followed by Disperse Orange 288,Disperse Blue 60 and Black MP,the average particle sizes are respectively It is 110 nm,264nm,246nm;the particle size distribution index is 0.28,0.24,0.58,respectively;Disperse Red 167,the average particle size is 496 nm,and its PDI is 0.21.The self-made liquid disperse dyes have good storage stability within 3 months.2)The self-made liquid disperse dyes Orange 288,Blue 60 and Black MP adopt high temperature and high pressure dyeing process on polyester spandex fabric(gram weight78g/m2),showing better dyeing improvement performance. The dyed fabric can be washed by soaping instead of reductive cleaning without affecting the color fastness of the fabric, and the color fastness is above level 4.3)The self-made liquid disperse red 167 has a slightly worse lifting performance than the commercial powder disperse red 167.However,the concentration of residual liquid after dyeing with self-made liquid disperse dye is only 0.028mg/L,while the commercial powder disperse red 167 is 0.252mg/L.And the former only needs soaping to achieve the same color fastness as above 3-4 as reduction cleaning, while the latter must be reduced.4)For pad dyeing of heavy polyester spandex fabrics, adding high molecular weight dispersants, thickeners and penetrants(such as CP72,CP70,PTF3,KE,MP1)to the dye liquor can improve the absorption of the fabric to the dye liquor, which is beneficial to increase Fabric color depth: adding low-molecular-weight levelling agents(ELD-S,PD,MC)can reduce the fabric color depth and increase the K/S value before and after soaping.Through orthogonal experiments,it can be known that the combination of MP1 and CP72,and the combination of MC and KE and CP72 respectively have obvious synergistic effects, which can increase the color depth of the fabric. When CP72 and MC are used alone, reducing the amount of CP72 or increasing the amount of MC,soaping has less effect on the L value, and the chroma in the soaping wastewater is also lighter. The addition of PTF3 will reduce the color fastness to wet rubbing, and the use of PTF3 and MP1 at the same time will also reduce the color fastness to wet rubbing.5)Choose MP1,CP72,MC and KE as the components, and compound them into dyeing auxiliary LD according to the ratio of 2:1:2:2.The self-made dyeing auxiliary LD has good stability. When the additive amount is 2%,it can not only improve the white core phenomenon of heavy fabrics, but also ensure the color fastness of colored fabrics. The rubbing color fastness and soaping color fastness are not lower than level 4.
