With the production of the 1st-Phase oilfield,the oil production declines year by year.In order to maintain the oil production,the 2nd-Phase oilfield project needs to be accelerated.Therefore,based on the oilfield development plan,geographical environment,crude oil physical property,crude oil composition and dehydration experiment data,the gathering and transportation system and the oil processing process design of the CPF were completed,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency of the oilfield.In this paper,the gathering and metering process are optimized to determine the way of station distribution and oil gathering process.At the same time,the optimal network layout scheme is decided by comparing different network layout schemes.Then PIPESIM software was used for simulation to analyze the hydraulic and thermal simulation results under different working conditions.On this basis,the problems that the freezing point of crude oil is higher than the ground temperature and the temperature of wax point is consistent with well temperature of crude oil will be discussed.Through the comparison and analysis of different schemes,the overall layout and process design parameters of network are finally determined.The crude oil treatment process will reference 1st-Phase process on the production planning of the 2nd-Phase oilfield.And the process of CPF will be simulated by HYSYS software.At the same time,according to the experimental data of crude oil dehydration,by comparing the equipment energy consumption and investment of"thermal chemical precipitation dehydration"and"electrochemical dehydration",the appropriate dehydration process was determined.The process optimization from wellhead to CPF is considered,and the output of the whole life of the oilfield is analyzed comprehensively for the purpose of optimization.
