Shu Wu CPF was built in 1988,with a design production capacity of 150×10~4t/a(pure oil)and the capacity of blend thin oil is 100×10~4 t/a(blend oil ratio 1: 0.7(weight ratio))at the beginning,its composite water cut is 40%,max liquid handing capacity is 420×10~4t /a(11500 t/d)and sewage treatment capacity is 5000m3/d.With the increase of the CPF liquid load and the proportion of super heavy oil,the dehydration process of Shu Wu CPF has been modified or expanded successively.In 2007,it was expanded with two 10000m3 two-stage settling tanks and the designed volume of the treated liquid was 70×10~4t/a(20300m3/d),composite water cut is 76.9%,the designed after-processing moisture content was 1.5%.The sewage generated from the treatment of skim tank was transported to Hua You sewage treatment plant and Shu Yi area comprehensive sewage treatment station,and the current sewage treatment capacity is 17800m3/d.Shu Wu CPF mainly receives the liquid production of Shu San area,Shu Wu area and Shu Qi area.It has two-stage thermochemical settling dehydration process,the first stage dehydration is carried out separately.After measuring,the liquid from the three areas gathered together to pass the second thermochemical settling dehydration.Yet the water content,after the two-stage dehydration,of crude oil is between 1.5% and 2.5%,which has long been in the excessive state.If the above problems can be effectively solved,it is of great significance to improve the overall economic benefits of Liaohe Oilfield and ensure the safety of downstream refineries.The main content of this article is: pre-dehydrating of incoming fluids,configuration optimizing for furnace,reducing energy consumption;selecting agentia and determining dosage by indoor dehydration experiments;adding heat-transfer-oil temperature holding system;putting forward a reasonable solution for process improvement,taking fully advantage of existing facilities,increasing the settling time of crude oil.
