Reasonable development of refined oil market network and promotion of market share are the key to the survival and development of refined oil sales enterprises.At present,the number of new gas stations in China is decreasing year by year,and the network layout of gas stations tends to be saturated.Rental of private gas stations is a business model for refined oil sales enterprises.This paper summarizes the general mechanism and common factors for large oil enterprises to develop rental gas stations by tracking the current situation of rental gas stations at home and abroad,and provides guidance for SD refined oil sales enterprises to carry out rental service for gas stations.At present,SD Company has made obvious achievements in gas station leasing projects through leadership decision-making,system process optimization,professional training of technical personnel,and strategy research and implementation.In the past eight years,it has leased 63 gas stations,achieving remarkable results of increasing employees' wages by nearly 20% and reducing the construction accident rate to zero before the opening of gas stations.It has greatly increased employees' wages,enhanced employees' working enthusiasm,and made significant contributions to the company's scale expansion and incremental efficiency increase.However,through questionnaire survey and multi-angle analysis,there are still some deficiencies,such as the capacity efficiency of renting gas stations and the skills of professionals still need to be further improved,and there are many competitive and restrictive factors in society.
