| After nearly twenty years of development,ZHYF has the most powerful offshore oil service equipment group in the Asia-Pacific region.The company operates and manages a total of fifteen geophysical vessels(branch),sixty-one drilling rigs,ninety offshore vessels and three multi-functional support platforms.Equipment and facilities have the characteristics of large scale,wide distribution,high investment,high risk and high technical level.It is of great significance to manage these huge assets scientifically,effectively and economically.This article has carried out analysis and research on the current status of equipment management work of ZHYF Company.By comparing the advanced equipment management achievements of international and domestic well-known oil and gas companies,benchmarking the gap between ZHYF company and international integrity management,and clarifying the content of the construction of equipment integrity management of ZHYF,that divides the entire life cycle into five stages: planning investment,R & D design,construction and manufacturing,operation and maintenance,and waste disposal.And it founds management integrity,technical integrity,and economic integrity which throughout the entire life cycle of equipment.Five stages to continuously improve the level of equipment management,operation and maintenance,further ensure the safety and reliability of equipment,and maximize economic benefits.In order to improve the management level of equipment and facilities of ZHYF Company,promote technological development,reduce costs,and improve economic returns,it is urgent to conduct research on equipment and facility integrity management at the company level.It need to do top-level design and always integrate the management,technology,and economy throughout the equipment’s life cycle management,continuously improve the efficiency of asset operations,and continue to consolidate the company’s low-cost operations advantages.According to the current state of equipment management of ZHYF Company,and integrating international excellent theories,a management system has been established that meets the ISO55000 standard family and has its own cultural characteristics.Through the operation of this system,establish and improve audit tools and performance assessment methods,and through continuous review and improvement,realize the PDCA cycle of the management system,continuously improve the system operation efficiency,and maximize management efficiency.This study also identifies the applicability of different integrity technology management methods for different types of equipment,and distinguishes between high-risk equipment and low-risk equipment technology management methods.According to the equipment integrity management methodology,the applicability of the equipment life cycle technology method is clarified,and the integrity technology means runs through the equipment life cycle management,so that the equipment truly implements risk-based management.This research also focuses on the analysis of the equipment’s full life cycle economic evaluation.Through the study and research of the full life cycle cost(LCC)method,and the model and theoretical verification of the data,it guides the economic evaluation of large equipment and strengthens the economy.Integrity building foundation.After elaborating on three aspects of integrity management: management,technology,and economics,the ZHYF company’s large-scale offshore equipment integrity management is summarized,which points out the direction for the next step. |
