Integrity management is the most advanced method of equipment management.this method can help the enterprise to optimize the strategy of inspection and maintenance,reduce equipment risk effectively,reduce production costs,strengthen enterprise’s competitiveness in nature.The technology has been applied to long-distance pipeline and achieved good results.Therefore,in the oil refining enterprises application this method to static equipment will certainly become one tendency.However,there is no systematic research about static equipment integrity management.The static equipment integrity management is confined to the application of RBI technology independently and can’t form a systematic method.On the other hand,the existing equipment management information systems could not provided a complete solution to static equipment integrity management.To solve these problems,this paper intend to take the RBI as the core technology,and combine other risk management methods,formalize a complete static equipment integrity management theory method,then,based on this method design and develop a static equipment integrity management system.the paper launches the work emphatically on the following several spots:1.To solve the problem of lacking a systematic method about static equipment integrity management,made a study about static equipment integrity management connotation from three aspects:content,system framework,procedure.2.Based on the connotation of static equipment integrity management,analysed and designed the functions of system,with the SOA constructed the framework of the static equipment integrity management system,and designed the major work flow on the framework.The system framework can provide a complete solution for static equipment integrity management.3.Selected API 581 as the risk calculation method of static equipment integrity management.Made a deeply study on method from failure probability and failure consequence.The remaining life factor were adapted to correct the formula of failure probability so that risk value calculated can accord with national conditions.4.Based on the quantitative RBI technology,designed and developed risk assessment module of static equipment integrity management system,the module can satisfied the requirement of risk assessment for static equipment integrity management.
