| Hailaer Oilfield is rich in oil and gas resources, but the reservoir series are diverse, the lithology is complex, and the fracturing sand is relatively low.Problems such as low sand ratio and difficulty in adding sand to the Hailar Oilfield have restricted oilfield development policies. In order to achieve an efficient increase in oilfield production,it is necessary to analyze the cause and propose a fracturing technology suitable for increasing the sand ratio in Hailar Oilfield. The rock composition of each reservoir was analyaed by polarized light microscope identification,X-ray diffraction analysis, and X-ray diffraction clay minerals content analysis.Determination of rock mechanical parameters of each reservoir was tested through triaxial compression test and in-situ stress test.Based on the theoretical analysis of the factors affecting the fracture width, combined with Fracpro PT software, the effects of different physical and rock mechanical properties of the reservoir on fracture width were analyzed. The influence mechanism of different construction parameter combinations on the relevant parameters of fractures were simulated and analyzed also by the above software. The main factors that affect the crack height were analyzed and conclued theoretically. The results show that the low sand ratio and difficulty in adding sand in Hailaer Oilfield are caused by both geological factors and construction parameter factors.According to the characteristics of Hailar oilfield, the factors that control the fracture height and increase the fracture width are analyzed, and the specific technology for increasing the sand ratio based on variable displacement construction, spiral sand addition,multi-stage slugs, and 30-50 mesh proppant is formed. |
