Study On Performance Evaluation Of SH Company's Green Transformation

As China enters the "new normal" of economic development,the contradiction between enterprise development and the environment has attracted great attention from the society.In recent years,coal enterprises with high pollution and high energy consumption have received more and more attention from the public.This paper takes SH Company,the leading coal enterprise in China,as a case.In this paper,literature research method,case study method,entropy method and comprehensive index comprehensive analysis method are used to study the impact of green transformation on environmental performance and financial performance of enterprises.In order to inspire and encourage other enterprises to actively carry out green transformation and promote the sustainable growth of economic benefits.Firstly,this paper summarizes and analyzes the motivation and path of SH Company's green transformation.Then it studies the green transition from the perspective of environmental performance and financial performance.Based on the whole life cycle of coal,this paper conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis on environmental performance from 2012 to 2019.Then,based on the environmental performance evaluation basis and SH Company's situation,this paper establishes a comprehensive environmental performance evaluation system.Entropy value method and comprehensive index evaluation method were used to conduct objective and comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the environmental performance of green transformation objectively and comprehensively.From the perspective of financial performance,this paper combines the investment situation of green transformation and the industry average to analyze the solvency,operating capacity,profitability,development capacity related indicators.And then it establishes a comprehensive financial performance evaluation system to compare and analyze the impact of SH Company's green transformation on its financial performance from 2012 to 2019.Finally,conclusions and inspirations are drawn based on the above analysis.It is hoped that this paper can not only enrich the theoretical research on green transformation,but also play a certain guiding role for the green transformation of other coal-based enterprises.
