With the rapid development of industrial technology,automation technology and information technology have been widely used in the manufacturing industry,which has brought efficient production efficiency and high-quality products to the manufacturing industry.Domestic enterprises engaged in mass production have begun to import automation equipment for production transformation,which improves product quality and reduces labor costs.With the development and change of social economy,people's demand for multi variety and small batch products is increasing.Many enterprises engaged in the production of small variety and large batch products have gradually turned to the production of multi variety and small batch products.Because of the diversity and small quantity of multi variety and small batch products,the production mode of this type of products has high labor cost and product quality is not easy to control.How to realize flexible manufacturing has become an important research topic in the manufacturing industry.This paper takes the light source controller assembly line of a company as the research object,and the research goal is to design an assembly system suitable for multi variety and small batch production.Combined with the production status of a company's light source controller,the design requirements of the assembly system are proposed,and the overall design scheme of the assembly system is formulated according to the design requirements.The design of assembly system includes hardware design,control system design and management system design.(1)Firstly,the production process of the light source controller is analyzed and studied.Combined with the research content,the overall design requirements of the assembly system are proposed,and the overall design scheme of the assembly system is formulated.The assembly system adopts the idea of modular design.The whole production line is designed as17 independent stations,which can be connected and communicated with each other,and the layout of the production line can be switched quickly.Each station adopts the principle of modular design.The standard design module includes manual worktable,material access error proofing module,assembly error proofing and locking module,and semi-finished product automatic detection module.The paper describes the design structure and control process of the general module in detail.(2)Secondly,the assembly system management system is designed as a whole.The software management system includes the following functional modules: production process maintenance management module,assembly line workbench management module,assembly line production data statistics and analysis module.The database,external interface and running environment of the management system are designed in detail.(3)Finally,the assembly system is put into trial operation.Before the trial operation,it is verified that each functional module is in normal use.The results of the trial operation verify that the actual operation results of the assembly system are consistent with the research objectives of the paper.After the introduction of the assembly system,through the analysis of the daily operation data,it is concluded that the production efficiency of the production line and the one-time inspection pass rate of the products are improved.The final results show that the design can meet the requirements of the transformation,improve the production efficiency and product quality of the whole line.
