Research On Lean Management Strategy Of Offshore Oil And Gas Field In Different Life Stages

Improving the management of offshore oil fields plays a key role in promoting the high-quality development of the offshore oil industry of China.At present,there are varying degrees of waste in the stage of planning and design,construction and installation,production and operation,life extension and disposal of offshore platforms.There are some studies on lean management in offshore oil and gas fields,but few studies on lean management strategies in the different stages of the full life cycle,and no systematic overall management ideas have been formed.Based on the different characteristics of the life stages of offshore oil fields,this thesis formulates and implements corresponding lean management strategies and measures.In the design stage,through the analysis of the various problems found during the design of the platform in the three oil field development projects,it summarizes and proposes specific lean management measures such as the establishment of a standardized project worksheet,the design process and the focus,the collaboration between the project preparation project team and the engineering construction project team,the overall planning of construction resources and the construction quality management.In the production and operation stage,the thesis analyzes the different problems presented in the production platforms that have been in operation for 1-5 years,5-18 years and more than 18 years.The thesis focuses on solving the remaining problems after the stage of design and construction to the platforms in operation for 1-5 years.As to the platforms in operation for 5-18 years,the thesis mainly focuses on the site management,process flow,equipment management and personnel team building.And the problems about the aging of equipment and facilities in the platforms in operation for more than 18 years are its main focus.Lean management tools such as5 S,QC,TPM and SMED have been applied in the fields.In the stage of life extension and disposal,the thesis mainly analyzes the different characteristics of the submarine pipeline,structure,dynamic equipment,static equipment,electrical equipment.According to different characteristics,the work strategy of extending life is applied to some platforms,and some results have been obtained.In addition,measures to maintain platform production after extending life are discussed.The main innovation of this thesis is to use high-quality development and lean management theory to explore the problems and solutions of offshore oil fields in the different stages.It also provides a reference for the life cycle management of offshore oil fields,and thus contributes to the high-quality development of offshore oil industry.
