The Evolution And Development Of Agricultural Tools For Oil And Grain Processing In China

China is a big country of grain and oil production.Grain and oil products are the necessities of people’s life.The production and processing of grain and oil are related to everyone’s quality of life.Without knowing the history,there is no hope for the future.To study the evolution and development of China’s agricultural products processing machinery,and to understand the ancient people’s grain and oil processing technology and methods,and to study the evolution of China’s ancient grain and oil processing machinery,can provide theoretical reference and solutions to the problems existing in the field of modern grain and oil processing,and promote the level of grain and oil processing machinery.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The development of grain processing machinery in ancient China was analyzed.According to different functions,ancient grain processing machines were mainly divided into two categories: primary processing and finishing processing.This paper analyzes the structure,working principle and origin of stone grinding plate,stone grinding rod,dustpan,lifting shovel and other primary processing machines,as well as finish processing machines and tools such as pestle,stone mill,stone roller and fan,and carries out three-dimensional reconstruction of main grain processing machines and tools,so as to lay the foundation for the later analysis of the working principle of related machines and tools.(2)The development of oil processing machinery in ancient China was analyzed.According to the time sequence,the oil pressing technology and tools commonly used in ancient times were sorted out,and the structure,working principle and origin of oil presses such as oil arm,lever press,horizontal press,vertical press,oil beam press and wedge press were analyzed,and the three-dimensional reconstruction was carried out.(3)The working principle of typical grain and oil processing machines in ancient China was analyzed.In this paper,edem and fluent simulation analysis were carried out on the ancient grain processing equipment in China,such as stone grinding plate,stone grinding rod,pestle and mortar,water hammer,stone mill,stone mill,fan,wedge oil press,etc.,and the working principle of classical typical grain and oil processing equipment was analyzed.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the later analysis of the similarities and differences between the modern grain and oil processing machinery and the ancient grain and oil processing machinery in order to find out the reasons for the stagnation of the development of ancient grain and oil processing machinery in China.(4)The reasons for the stagnation of the development of grain and oil processing machines in ancient China are analyzed,which are mainly the people’s demand,the invention of new materials and the invention of new power.In ancient times,people’s basic demand for grain was only shelling and milling,but the new materials,new technologies and new power that could change grain processing machines and tools in principle were invented in modern times.Therefore,the development of grain processing machines and tools almost stagnated after the Han Dynasty.Oil processing machines and tools started from the Han Dynasty,the main factors affecting its development are: the unity of the country,the country’s opening up,the development of economy and technology,so oil processing machines and tools in the Han,Tang and Song Dynasties,Yuan Dynasty period have great development.
