The portable gas detector is a safe device that can continuously detect gas concentration.With the advancement of society and the development of science and technology,the distributing and retrieving of portable gas detectors by coal mining enterprises is still at the stage that requires manual participation,and it takes a lot of manpower and time to count the information of gas detectors.In addition,the shortcomings of the current distributing and retrieving forms of gas detectors include that the bar code that identifying the gas detector is easily damaged so that the gas detector cannot be identified.The ID card that identifying the employee is easily lost so that the employee cannot be identified.The distribution of the gas detector requires special operator to execute.The retrieving and distributing records of the gas detector recorded on the server side cannot be viewed by the coal mine management personnel in different places.The above reasons lead to the low degree of informatization and automation of coal mines.Aiming at this low-efficiency working method,a portable gas detector automatic retrieving and distributing system is designed.After analyzing the design requirements of the automatic distributing and retrieving system of the portable gas detector and the actual work requirements of the coal mine site,the factors to be considered in the design of the system and the functions to be realized are determined.Among them,the design factors mainly include the rapid transmission and reception of the instrument,the reasonable and complete data storage,the reliable and stable system operation,and the simple operation.System functions include automatic issuance and automatic recovery of meters,automatic storage of meter retrieving and distributing records,computer management of personnel information and meter information,and remote access to databases.The automatic retrieving and distributing system of the portable gas detector based on embedded system is composed of two parts: the system front desk and the system backstage.Among them,the front-end part of the system is composed of the client and the meter retrieving and distributing device,which completes the automatic issuance and recovery of the meter;The background part of the system is composed of a server and a database,which realizes the storage and query of data information,as well as the management and remote access to the database.First of all,the automatic transceiver device of the instrument is the core hardware equipment of this system.According to the on-site requirements of coal mine enterprises,this paper designs the mechanical structure of the device.The transmission mechanism is composed of MT-24V-24S-550N-50 electric push rod and DC motor conveyor belt,and STM32F767 microcontroller is used as the control core of the transmission mechanism.Realize automatic issuance and recycling of meters.Secondly,the hardware design scheme of the system is given.I.MX6 ULL processor is selected to build an embedded system as a client,responsible for the processing of various data information.Adopt advanced face recognition technology to identify the person receiving the instrument,and design the face recognition module with the K210 chip as the core.Use the radio frequency technology to obtain the information of the gas detector.The radio frequency reader is composed of the MFRC522 chip and the STM32F107,and the radio frequency tag is built into the meter.Select IPC-610 H industrial computer and install Linux operating system as the server.After that,the software design of the system was carried out.The front-end software design mainly includes the transplantation of Linux operating system,the program development on the Linux platform,the programming of the STM32F767 as the control core of the transceiver,and the programming of the STM32F107 as the control core of the radio frequency reader.The front-end software is implemented in C language.The database and software programs are running in the background of the system.My SQL is selected as the database,and the software programs are divided into two parts.One part is used to manage the database,implemented by the Qt framework and C++ language,and provides a visual interface,which can manage the database on the server side and access the database on the remote terminal.The other part is used to realize the network communication between the server and the client and store data information in the database.This part of the software program is written in C language.Finally,an experimental platform is built to test the system.The results show that the system has realized the functions of automatic distributing and retrieving of portable gas detectors,automatic storage of instrument distributing and retrieving records,and remote management of databases.The system is stable and reliable.This system improves the automation,informatization and modernization of the retrieving and distributing and management of portable gas detectors by coal enterprises,and provides a guarantee for the safety management of coal mine production enterprises.It is of great significance for reducing the occurrence of coal mine gas accidents.
