With the rapid development of computer, network, mechanical electronics, information, automation and artificial intelligence, mobile robot research has entered a new stage. In this paper, combined with radio frequency identification and ultrasonic technology, this paper studies the path recognition, guidance and positioning of four-wheel differential wheeled mobile robot in order to solve the shortcomings of existing mobile robot path guidance methods, and build a mobile robot Platform, used in the printing of the paper stack, the subject of the main work is as follows:(1) Understand the composition, characteristics and application status of mobile robots, analyze the path recognition, guidance and positioning of mobile robots, and propose a method to guide and avoid the alarm.(2) The design of the whole structure of the feeding robot is designed. A four-wheel differential drive robot platform is built. The McNam wheel, Arduino controller and H-bridge motor are used to realize the straight, turn, and a series of actions.(3) The navigation and positioning of mobile robots are studied, and the method of using radio frequency identification technology and ultrasonic sensor technology is proposed to identify the robot path, guide, locate and avoid the path of robot, and make the path change flexible and cost low.(4) Paper machine robot working environment modeling and path identification, obstacle avoidance alarm and other procedures for the preparation. In the Arduino IDE environment for the preparation of procedures, and through the USB interface to the controller, to achieve communication with the transport platform.(5) To complete the feeding robot hardware and software debugging, prototype experiment,to achieve the desired results. The papermaking robot designed in this project can replace the manual transportation of paper, effectively save the cost and improve the productivity, and it is of practical significance to the automation and intelligent development of the printing equipment.
