Bearing is a part supporting the journal, which can reduce the friction coefficient of parts in the process of movement and improve the accuracy of rotation. It is widely used in aerospace, mining and other industries, and is an important part of modern machinery and equipment.Due to the complexity of coal mining equipment working environment,in the process of operation inevitably in the lubricating oil with some solid particles, especially the dust particles in the air,the particles will affect the performance of the lubricating oil at the same time,it will produce certain effect of rolling bearing friction pair,so the lubrication oil of different concentrations and different particle size of anthracite coal and lignite coal particles on performance and the influence of the rolling bearing tribological properties of lubricating oil,to guide the rational use of equipment lubrication oil and prolong the service life of rolling bearing has practical significance. This paper takes the cylindrical roller-bearing inner ring friction pair of the rolling bearing as the research object.First, the lubricating oil selected for the test and the temperature,load,roll-slip ratio, lubricating oil quantity and speed of the friction and wear test bench are determined, and then scientifically The test plan was designed to explore the influence of anthracite and lignite coal powder on the tribological properties of rolling bearings under different concentrations. Then from the perspectives of the change of the friction coefficient of the cylindrical roller-bearing inner ring friction pair, the change of the surface morphology of the inner ring of the bearing, the change of the three-dimensional parameter change of the surface roughness of the inner ring of the bearing, the analysis of the oil iron spectrum, and the change of the kinematic viscosity of the lubricating oil.The influence of coal powder particles with different concentrations and different particle sizes in lubricating oil on the performance of lubricating oil and the tribological properties of rolling bearings was systematically studied. The main research conclusions are as follows: According to the nine operating conditions analyzed in the test, the test takes into account the friction coefficient of the bearing friction pair, the running-in wear time, the kinematic viscosity of the lubricating oil and the surface roughness data obtained by the profile analyzer. It is concluded that when1-2mm anthracite coal particles with a particle concentration of 1g/L are added to the lubricant fluid, the friction coefficient of the bearing friction pair is small, the kinematic viscosity changes little, and the arithmetic average height Sa is also small, indicating an appropriate concentration The anthracite coal particles of the same size can reduce the friction and wear of the bearing friction pair.According to the six operating conditions analyzed in the test, comprehensively considering the friction coefficient of the bearing friction pair, the running-in wear time, the kinematic viscosity of the lubricating oil and the surface roughness data obtained by the profile analyzer, the test shows that the lubricating oil When adding 200-mesh lignite with a particle concentration of 1g/L and 80-mesh lignite coal with a particle concentration of 1g/L to the solution, the friction coefficient of the bearing friction pair is small, and the kinematic viscosity does not change much, indicating that the appropriate concentration and size of lignite coal Particles can reduce the friction and wear of the bearing friction pair.
