| Coal powder production in coalbed methane wells has always been a hot topic in the industry,and it is also a difficult problem to be solved.In this paper,through the physical simulation experiment,the migration law of pulverized coal particles in coalbed methane horizontal wells is studied to guide the prevention and control of coal powder in the process of coal seam gas drainage and extraction.In this paper,the particle size distribution range of pulverized coal is discussed.The range is obtained by sieving test.The coal sample comes from drilling,producing coal powder,washing well,bailing coal and discharging coal.Secondly,the static analysis experiments of pulverized coal samples are carried out to analyze the suspension and sedimentation law of pulverized coal in horizontal shafts.Finally,through the simulation of multiphase flow experiment,flow variation observation of two-phase flow,the hydraulic sediment starting condition of empirical formula of borrowing,starting law of pulverized coal particles were analyzed,the initial establishment of mathematical model of pulverized coal migration of two-phase flow.Due to the law of gas liquid solid three-phase flow is very complex,the flow pattern discrimination and qualitative analysis are carried out for three-phase flow formed by coal powder extraction and production.The research in this paper can guide the prevention and control of coal dust,and then provide theoretical support for establishing a reasonable system of extraction and production. |
