JC Nonferrous Metals Group Company Development Strategy Research

Nonferrous metal manufacturing industry is an important support for the realization of manufacturing power.Nonferrous metal products have become important strategic materials for the development of national economy,science and technology,national defense construction,people's livelihood and other development,and even the key strategic resources for the improvement of national comprehensive strength and the guarantee of national security.Given the dependence on resources to mining companies is larger,and with the dwindling of mineral resources reserves,the enterprise is to solve the current shortage of energy and should follow the requirement of sustainable development concept,must through the optimization of the existing enterprise development strategy,on the resource utilization and management,to be perfect to bring huge benefits for the local economic development and implement the concept of sustainable development.This paper takes JC Nonferrous Metals Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as JC Group)as the research object,takes enterprise strategic management as the theoretical basis,and adopts the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,theory and case study.Based on global macro environment for the development of non-ferrous metal mining resources,international mineral resource products market supply and demand,and China's non-ferrous metals such as nickel,copper,cobalt products consumption,using PEST analysis and porter five models to JC group faced by the external environment analysis,coupled with JC group resources and production capacity for internal conditions,based on the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages to build the SWOT matrix model,so as to determine the JC group development strategy goal,suitable for JC group's overall development strategy:(1)The use of different hybrid products refined nickel mineral resources development strategy;(2)The development strategy of horizontal integration;(3)Green and economic environmental protection development strategy;(4)Related diversified development strategy;(5)Technology innovation strategy;(6)International development strategy.In order to make the formulation of enterprise strategy in the direction of the enterprise established benign development,and put forward specific safeguard measures.
