Luling Coal Mine is a high gas outburst mine.The mine has poor coal seam water injection and wetting effects.Aiming at the technical problems of dust control in the comprehensive excavation work of Luling Coal Mine,this paper designs an experimental plan for comprehensive dust control at the comprehensive excavation face by analyzing and testing the basic properties of the dust,field measurements and numerical simulations,and conducts experiments and inspections on site.The results are as follows.(1)In the capillary reverse osmosis test,the wetting agent solution with a concentration of 0.6% and coal dust has the fastest infiltration rate.In the natural sedimentation test,the coal dust settles fastest in the wetting agent solution with a concentration of 0.6%.In the process of water injection and spray dust reduction,the concentration of the wetting agent solution is 0.6% is the most reasonable.(2)According to the field water injection test,the average moisture increase of the coal body within 1.5m from the water injection test hole is more than 1.5%,and the effective wetting radius of the water injection can be determined as 1.5m.The water injection pressure is 10 MPa,the drilling depth is 6m,and the hole diameter is 42 mm.Arranging two water injection boreholes on the working face can basically ensure that the effective wetting range covers the entire section.(3)After the coal seam water injection and high-pressure spraying comprehensive dust prevention measures are taken on the working face,the total dust and respirable dust concentrations at 15 m on the return air side of the working face during cutting operation are 43.1mg/m~3 and 8.3mg/m~3,respectively.The coal seam is used for water injection.The dust reduction efficiencies of combined dust prevention measures with high-pressure spray and high-pressure spray on total dust and respirable dust were 90.8%and 77.8%.The research results show that the method is suitable for promotion and application in Luling Mine,effectively solving the technical problem of dust control in the Luling Coal Mine,and can be promoted and used in the control of dust in other roadway comprehensive excavation work under similar production technical conditions.Provide technical reference for other comprehensive excavation face.This thesis includes 28 figures,24 tables and 83 references.
