Comparative Study On The Effect Of Dust Control Technology In Coal Mine

Coal mine dust is the main risk factors of occupation disease in coal mine,with the increase of mechanization degree and production efficiency of coal production,coal mine dust rising for decades,China's coal mine dust control technology innovation,there are many dust,but dust concentration still seriously exceed the standard wells.The study of coal mine main anti dust control technology that coal seam water injection,spray dust,physical and chemical comparison of dust proof,for comparison of anti dust technology results,wet dust technology of coal seam water injection and spray dust dust measures should be reduced as the main anti found.The factors of dust removal from the effects of spray experiments that under certain conditions,the dust removal efficiency increased with the drop flow;under certain conditions,the spray pressure increases,the dust removal efficiency is high;in practical application,although the increased pressure contributes to the atomization effect,and generally the use of high pressure spray the above 12 MPa,but increase the noise pressure increased significantly,and have special requirements on the pipeline and the pump pressure,it is difficult to achieve the domestic.Field investigation of dust control technology was conducted on 15 coal mines from A to O,and the results show that the spray dust reduction is superior to the coal seam flooding.Dust detection of P mine and Q mine,found in coal mine to spray dust and other measures,shearer driver and blasting working face in drilling workers seriously exceed the standard of dust concentration.The main reason is that the implementation of dust prevention measures is not good,and the atomization of water droplets is poor.In R mine a high degree of mechanization,water atomization effect is not good,current pressure is too low to dust spray,through comprehensive excavation technology(mining)transformation machine high pressure spray system,water curtain dust and pipeline transformation purification dust curtain,R mine dust concentration decreased significantly.After the comprehensive dust control design for S mine,the dust concentration of S mine has been improved obviously.Comprehensive dust with wet dust mainly should become the mainstream of underground dust,dust,reducing development agent,technology of coal seam injection difficult,spray dust intelligent and individual protective equipment improvement will become a key technology to enhance the anti dust.
