The filling retaining wall is an important part of the filling mining method.It is pre-arranged in the roadway connected with the stope to isolate the filling area from the working face and prevent the filling material from leaking and running out of the stope.The tailings filling process has been relatively mature,but accidents of filling retaining walls have occurred from time to time.The lateral pressure of the retaining wall is a key factor affecting the safety and stability of the retaining wall.Therefore,it is necessary to study the law of the lateral pressure of the retaining wall during the entire filling process.Based on the actual filling scheme of an iron mine in Linyi,this paper uses theoretical analysis,laboratory tests,field measurements and numerical simulation research methods to analyze the lateral pressure coefficient of the filling body and the changing law of the lateral pressure of the retaining wall during the filling process(including the first filling stage and continuous filling stage).The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the research results of the predecessors on the lateral pressure of the retaining wall,as well as the hydrostatic theory,the earth pressure theory,and the classical Janssen theory of bulk mechanics,the theoretical formula is analyzed to estimate the adaptability of the lateral pressure of the retaining wall.The variation law of the lateral pressure of the filling retaining wall during the first filling and continuous filling stages is studied,and the theoretical calculation formula of the lateral pressure of the filling retaining wall is proposed.(2)Using the self-made K0 tester,the change of lateral pressure of retaining wall in the process of initial filling and continuous filling and the lateral pressure coefficient of backfill were studied respectively under drainage conditions for the non-cemented backfill and cement-sand cemented backfill with different ratios.The change rule of lateral pressure of retaining wall during filling process and the influence of different cement-sand ratio and primary filling height on lateral pressure of retaining wall in the first filling stage and continuous filling stage were obtained,and the lateral pressure coefficient of different filling body was obtained.(3)Through field measurement,the change law of lateral pressure of retaining wall during filling process was systematically explained.The theoretical value obtained according to the theoretical calculation formula is compared with the field measured data to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the theoretical calculation formula in engineering application.(4)The finite element software ABAQUS was used to carry out K0 numerical simulation,which was compared with the laboratory test and verified with each other.The influence of different placement of retaining wall on the lateral pressure of retaining wall was studied by numerical simulation,and the reasonable placement of filling retaining wall was proposed.There are 51 pictures,32 tables and 87 references in this paper. |
