Resources,environment,population,is the theme of sustainable development in the 21 st century.With the development of global mineral resources development and environmental protection,and fill stoping in non-ferrous metal mines at home and abroad,precious metals,mining and metallurgy mine,coal mine,has been developing rapidly.Pack the sealing material of retaining wall as fill in the blanks filling area,is an organic part of filling mining technique,the reasonable design of retaining wall filling strength still is a technical problem to be solved.This article from the two aspects of theory analysis and physical simulation,explores the density,moisture content and filling height,degree of compaction and other factors on the filling pressure of retaining wall change rule.Was obtained under the condition of different filling filling changing regularity of the retaining wall.In combination with the practical situation of filling site,made a reasonable prediction of the filling pressure retaining wall provides a reference for the design of the retaining wall filling.This article main research content is as follows:1,Predecessors in the filling pressure of retaining wall were analyzed and summarized in this paper,the research of knowledge based on yeung sum formula and static earth pressure of new filling retaining wall pressure calculation formula are put forward.In theory,expounds the feasibility and advantage of using this formula,and use the formula to predict the filling retaining wall stress change rule.2,Research from two aspects,one is single filling and continuous filling filling the changing regularity of the retaining wall,to explore the concentration of dehydration,filling,filling height of filling retaining wall stress change rule.3,The use of homemade filling pressure simulator has carried on the physical simulation test of the retaining wall.The condition of different concentration and dehydration was obtained under different filling height,first filling and continuous filling retaining wall stress change rule,and do to retaining wall pressure presents the regularity of filling system.4,Will the proposed retaining wall filling pressure calculation formula with physical simulation test data,demonstrates the feasibility of the formula in calculating the fill retaining wall pressure,and the theoretical formula was amended.Results show that the formula of backfilling materials used for the calculation of retaining wall pressure filling is feasible.5,Using the revised formula of actual filling stope with a prediction of the retaining wall pressure,on the basis of filling the retaining wall is designed.In this paper,taking the analysis of retaining wall filling pressure variation law,adopt the method of theoretical calculation with physical simulation verification,get the backfilling changing regularity of the retaining wall,filling design provides a reference for mine filling retaining wall.In recent years,the filling mining method has been widely developed and applied with its unique advantages,and has encountered many problems in the development of the filling mining method.It is a difficult problem to design the filling wall strength.In this paper,based on the previous research,this paper discusses the factors such as concentration,water content,filling height and compaction degree from the two aspects of theoretical analysis and physical simulation.Wall pressure change law.The pressure variation curves of filling retaining wall under different filling conditions were obtained.Combined with filling the actual situation on the filling wall pressure to make a reasonable prediction for the filling wall design provides a reference.The contents of this paper are as follows:... |
