With the increasing of the mining depth of underground gold mine,the mining difficulty increases and more efficient and sustainable mining methods are explored.In Jiaojia gold mine,cut-and-fill mining method is mainly used,the production efficiency is limited and the ore dilution is serious,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field experiment are adopted to realize continuous mining and improve stope production capacity.1)The geological conditions are analyzed,field investigation is carried out,and the quality indexes of rock mass engineering are obtained.The main physical and mechanical properties of rock and backfill are obtained by laboratory tests,and a scheme of limesand ratio is proposed to ensure the strength of backfill in stope.2)Based on the analysis of the vibration effect of drift mining blasting on the filling body,which leads to the collapse of part of the filling body and the formation of tailing dilution,the mining concept,mining technology and support method of continuous caving lateral blasting are proposed.3)The simplified mechanical model of plate theory is established,and the theoretical analysis of stope span optimization is carried out.The stability of the exposed face of the stope is analyzed by Mathews stability chart method,thickness span ratio method and load transfer intersection method.The recommended stope span is 12.0 m.Midas GTS numerical simulation software is used to establish numerical calculation models of stopes with different spans,analyze the changes of stress and displacement,and the proposed mining technology is safe and feasible.4)The field test of continuous ore-dropping lateral blasting was carried out in a stope of Jiaojia gold mine.The recovery efficiency was greatly improved,and the production efficiency was 1.91 times of that of the approach method.Figure 79;Table 23;Reference 84...
