Study On Gas Pressure&Content Measurement Technology In Coal Seam Based On Normal-State Gas Reserve Of Coal Sample

Gas is one of the primary natural disasters in coal mines.Real-time and accurate collection of gas parameters in the coal seam is the primary basic work to effectively curb gas accidents,and the coal seam gas pressure&content are the two main and common parameters,which is the key value to evaluate gas stock,gas gushing and outstanding gas risk.However,the existing measurement methods of coal seam gas pressure&content often have shortcomings such as inaccurate measurement,long cycle and inconvenient operation,which affect the safety and economic benefits of coal mine production.Based on the production requirements of coal prevention in the Hexi coal mine,this thesis explores a new measuring technique of coal seam gas pressure&content after a lot of experimental research and numerical analysis.To facilitate the study,the normal-state gas reserve of coal sample is the residual amount of gas,that exposed to normal pressure and normal temperature a certain amount of time.The main research results are as follows:(1)Through experimental research and analysis,the methods of fixing and quantifying the influencing factors in measuring the normal-state gas reserve of coal sample is proposed.(2)By practical methods,a set of standardized operation measurement process of normal-state gas reserve of coal sample was designed to improve the accuracy and the stability of the measurement results.(3)By the application of mathematical analysis method,the numerical model of normal-state gas reserve of coal sample and gas pressure&content of coal seam is preliminarily established and verified in practice.(4)The research results were applied to the working face in Hexi Mine of Fenxi Mining Group to prevent coal&gas prominent and uncover seam,and we were successful.The practical application of preventing coal&gas prominent and uncovering seam in Hexi Mine of Fenxi Mining Group proves that the measurement technology of gas pressure&content of coal seam based on normal-state gas reserve of coal sample can greatly shorten the measuring time and improve the driving speed.The standardized measuring process is convenient for operation and promotion,and provides a new solution for the rapid determination of the seam gas pressure&content under similar conditions.This thesis has 25 figures,16 tables,and 60 references.
