With the continuous development of society and the Free Market Environment,the competition among enterprises becomes more and more intense.The level of information affects the management efficiency of enterprises,and at the same time,it is also related to the core competitiveness and long-term development of enterprises,by planning the key projects of informatization and using the method of project management,the informatization level of enterprises can be effectively promoted and the management mode of enterprises optimized.At present,JS China Tobacco Industrial Corporation is faced with such difficult problems as inventory difficulty,non-standard management and non-conformity of accounts in the management of fixed assets.Therefore,it wants to use the construction of the Fixed Assets Management Information System Project,through the fixed assets accounting and physical form an effective link between the state,to achieve the accounts in line with reality,standardized management,to achieve the integration of digital tobacco construction.This paper mainly studies the feasibility of the construction of JS fixed assets management information system,studies the related literature at the initial stage of the study,broadens the research field of vision,and strengthens the theoretical level,on this basis,the paper analyzes the current situation of management and informatization of JS fixed assets,finds out the existing problems in the enterprises,and puts forward to meet the needs of enterprise fixed assets management informatization construction,based on the study of technical feasibility,project benefit feasibility and operational feasibility,this paper demonstrates the Operability of the project construction,and combines the relevant theories of project risk,risk points in the process of project construction are identified and targeted risk management measures are taken.
