Research On Jiangnan Dress Fashion In Ming Dynasty

With the continuous enrichment of ancient archaeological excavations,the clothing textiles unearthed in the Jiangnan area have provided more physical samples for the study of Jiangnan clothing fashion.Therefore,this article focuses on the clothing fashion in the south of the Yangtze River.combined with the research of various disciplines,analyzed and summarized the clothing types and clothing decoration art of Jiangnan clothing fashion in the Ming Dynasty.Analyze the changes in clothing fashion and customs,and discover various clothing styles in Jiangnan clothing fashion.According to the characteristics of regional culture,it analyzes the reasons and development influence of Jiangnan dress fashion in Ming Dynasty.First of all,semantic analysis and classification of concepts such as "Jiangnan" and "clothing style" are carried out to further clarify the research field and main content of the research,and obtain physical samples from 89 ancient tombs containing clothing.After the museums in the Jiangnan area obtained evidence for investigation and research,they selected279 clothing samples,which have relatively complete clothing shape information for classification and generalization.Fabrics,colors,etc.were introduced from the real object to the regional characteristics of Jiangnan clothing,forming an overall understanding of the characteristics of Jiangnan clothing in the Ming Dynasty.In the early Ming Dynasty,the fashion style of clothing suddenly changed from extravagance to frugality,and returned to wearing Han costumes..In the middle and late Ming Dynasty,clothing changed from frugality to luxury.Clothing ranges from short clothes,narrow to the influence and expected direction of the custom.Then continue to analyze the influence and direction of changes in Jiangnan wedding customs and funeral customs under this change of dress.Finally,by analyzing the substitution of Jiangnan clothing fashions and customs in the Ming Dynasty,it further summarizes the four regional clothing styles formed in the Jiangnan during the Ming Dynasty,namely the Confucian style,the Yuan and Meng heritage style,the retro style,and the Fuyao style.People's understanding of Jiangnan dress style.And through historical economic geography including Jiangnan geological environment,commercial trade,political environment,etc.;historical humanities and regional culture,including Jiangnan gentry class and Jiangnan talented women,analyzed the formation and influence of Jiangnan dress style.
