(1)Wool keratin was extracted from wool fiber by reductive C method.The solubility of wool was 65.4%and the extraction rate of keratin was 51.2%.The comparison of the structural characteristics between wool fiber and wool keratin shows that keratin is successfully extracted from wool fiber.(2)To explore the solution characteristics of nylon 56/keratin blend solution and prepare nylon 56/keratin blend casting film.The solubility of nylon 56 and keratin was 34.67g and 7.78g respectively in formic acid.The results showed that the transparency and homogeneity of the blend solution became worse with the increase of the mass ratio of keratin,and the viscosity of the solution increased with the increase of the mass ratio of nylon 56.The results show that the mechanical properties of cast films decrease with the increase of the mass ratio of keratin.When the mass ratio of keratin is 9:1,the mechanical properties of cast films are the best,the breaking strength is 9.44MPa and the elongation is 6.49%.The properties of the blend membrane showed that the two were physical blend and no new chemical bond was formed;With the increase of the mass ratio of keratin blend,the initial decomposition temperature decreases,the weight loss rate increases,the enthalpy of the blend decreases,the crystallinity of the blend decreases,and the overall regularity of the blend decreases.It is confirmed that nylon 56 is partially compatible with keratin,and any proportion of keratin in nylon 56 will affect the properties of nylon 56.(3)The results show that the optimum process parameters of nylon 56 electrospinning are20%solution concentration,20k V spinning voltage and 15 cm receiving distance.Under this condition,the mechanical properties of the fiber membrane are the best,the tensile strength is7.01MPa,and the elongation is 35.34%.At the same time,the results show that the optimal process conditions are nylon 56/keratin blending ratio≤2:8,spinning solution concentration21%,spinning voltage 20k V and receiving distance 15cm.(4)To explore the performance characteristics of nylon 56/keratin blend fiber membrane.The water contact angle of nylon 56 fiber membrane is 42.8°,When the nylon 56/keratin ratio was 7:3,the contact angle was 28.4°,The hydrophilicity of the fiber membrane increased with the increase of the mass ratio of keratin.The higher the mass ratio of keratin blend,the lower the initial decomposition temperature and the higher the final residual weight.The earlier the thermal decomposition starts,the closer the residual weight is to that of a single keratin component.At the same time,the mass ratio of keratin blend affects its crystallization behavior.The higher the blending ratio,the weaker the diffraction peak strength and the lower the crystallinity.The mechanical properties test showed that the lower the mass ratio of keratin,the better the mechanical properties of the blend fiber membrane.When the ratio was 15:1,the tensile strength was 6.81MPa and the elongation at break was 23.34%.(5)To explore the adsorption effect of the prepared fiber membrane on heavy metal ions Cu2+,Cr6+and BPA。The results showed that the adsorption capacities of the blend membrane and nylon 56 membrane for Cr6+were 37.48 mg/g and 35.23 mg/g,respectively.The adsorption performance of the blend fiber membrane was 6.38%higher than that of nylon 56 fiber membrane.The adsorption capacity of Cu2+is 32.57mg/g and 30.23mg/g respectively.The adsorption performance of the blend fiber membrane is 7.74%higher than that of nylon 56 fiber membrane.The results showed that the adsorption of BPA on pure nylon 56 fiber membrane was6.89%higher than that on blend fiber membrane.The resistance of the fiber membrane was tested,and the resistance of the non adsorbed Cu2+fiber membrane was below 10000ΩThe resistance of blend fiber membrane is close to that of nylon 56 fiber membrane.After adsorption of copper ions,the nylon 56 fiber membrane grew at 3986ΩWhen the blending ratio of nylon56/keratin is 7:3,the resistance is 1379Ω,With the increase of the mass ratio of keratin blend,the resistance of the blend fiber membrane after adsorption of copper ions gradually decreased.
