Research On Risk Control Of FGN Company From The Perspective Of Internal Control

With the rapid development of economic globalization and e-commerce industry,China's shoe and clothing industry is facing problems such as overcapacity and fierce competition.The development of shoe and clothing industry is facing severe challenges.The reason is that the traditional shoe and clothing enterprises have been faced with constraints such as single business structure,outdated supply chain,insensitivity to the changes of the consumer market,and the traditional shoe and clothing enterprises attach less importance to the structural layout,leading to the enterprise operation is easily affected by the policy and market environment,and the risk is also followed.Therefore,how to use scientific and systematic methods to improve the risk control of enterprises has become an urgent problem for every shoe and clothing enterprises.Based on the traditional shoes clothing FGN company as the research object,through literature research and case analysis method of combining,by studying the FGN company internal risk,analysis the reasons of the risk,summarize and analyze the problems existing in enterprise.Based on internal control,this paper puts forward suggestions on risk management and control of FGN company from the perspective of goal setting,risk identification,risk analysis and risk response,improves FGN company's internal control and risk management and control,and opens up new approaches and ideas for risk management and control.This paper will be elaborated from the following six aspects:The first part is the introduction part of the paper.It mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research methods,research content,domestic and foreign research reviews and innovations of this thesis.The second part is concepts and theories of this article,mainly introduces the related concepts of risk control and internal control,for the following analysis of risk control and internal control laid a solid foundation and direction;The third part of the thesis mainly introduces the basic situation of FGN company and the existing risks,leads to the following analysis of the specific situation of FGN company.The fourth part will analyze the causes of FGN company risk based on the existing risks of FGN company.The fifth part will put forward relevant suggestions on the current situation of FGN's risk management and control based on the perspective of internal control,in order to improve its risk management and control.The sixth part is the conclusion and recommendations.
