Research Of The Internal Market-based Risk Management Audit Of Huaibei Mining Corporation

With the development of the global economic integration process,the enterprises including coal enterprises will face more various uncertain risks.Due to the changes in the internal and external operating environment,the coal industry suffered a change from the overall loss in 2015 to nearly 90% interest gaining in 2017.People realize that risks bring both opportunities and challenges from risk management practices.With the strategic implementation of large investment,large development and large leapfrogging,Huaibei Coal corporation starts to implement internal market-oriented reforms,which will inevitably bring risks.The definition of internal audit in <The provisions of the Audit Commission on intetnal audit work> which promulgated and implemented on March 1,2018 is,"implement independent and objective supervision,evaluation and suggestions on the financial revenue and expenditure,economic activities internal control and risk management of the unit and its affiliated units so as to promote the activities of the unit to improve its governance and achieve its objectives".So,developing internal market risk management audit is an important task of internal audit.This paper brings up the research topic by introducing the realistic background research of the internal market-based risk management audit of Huaibei Mining corporation.On this basis,it analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and establishes the research content,research and development ideas and article structure.Secondly,it focuses on the basic theoretical knowledge related to risk management,internal marketization and internal market risk management audit.The paper takes an example of the actual application of Huaibei Mining Group’s internal market-based risk management audit,based on the detailed status of Huaibei Mining Group’s risk management,makes an conclusion of the objectives,contents and procedures of Huaibei Mining Group’s internal market-based risk management audit.It also puts forward three safeguard measures including improving relevant system regulations,optimizing internal audit environment,and accelerating the cultivation of talent teams.I hope the research results of this paper have a positive effect on the internal market risk management of Huaibei Mining Group.
