Risk management will directly affect the benign operation of the entire supply chain,and improving the risk management of the green supply chain will help improve the performance of the green supply chain.As an internal driving force,the green supply chain promotes the upgrading of the country's manufacturing industry,social and economic progress,and the promotion of international image.The green supply chain under the background of the new era and the new normal has put forward more stringent requirements on China's traditional manufacturing industry.“Made in China2025” puts forward in the strategic task of “creating a green supply chain and accelerating the establishment of a resource-saving and environment-friendly procurement,production,marketing,recycling and logistics system”.The green supply chain management of manufacturing enterprises is an important means for enterprises to realize green manufacturing.The green supply chain structure of the manufacturing industry is complex and the effectiveness of the green supply chain itself is low.As a result,companies are facing huge uncertainties and challenges in the process of green supply chain management.The risks of the green supply chain increase and the goals of green supply chain management are difficult achieve.Therefore,it is necessary to study the green supply chain risk management of manufacturing enterprises.This article takes the aluminum profile manufacturing company Zhongwang Aluminum as the object to study its green supply chain risk management.First,research the current status of Zhongwang Aluminum's implementation of green supply chain,and identify the risks in its green supply chain.Secondly,the data is obtained through the Delphi method and the structural entropy weight method is used to determine the index weights,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish a risk evaluation model to evaluate the risks of Zhongwang Aluminum's green supply chain.The research found that Zhongwang Aluminum's green supply chain risk ranking It is “green cooperation risk>green manufacturing risk>green marketing risk>external risk”;the fuzzy evaluation matrix and the weight vector confirmed by the entropy weight method are combined to calculate the result,which shows that the risk level of Zhongwang Aluminum is medium and above.Finally,according to the research results of this article,prioritize the ranked green supply chain risk level indicators,and then invest in supply chain resources according to the priority order,and formulate response strategies.This paper studies the risk management of Zhongwang Aluminum's green supply chain from two perspectives,qualitatively and quantitatively.It enriches the research on enterprise green supply chain risk management,helps improve the green supply chain risk management system,and improves the risk identification of aluminum profile manufacturing enterprises.Ability and risk response capabilities to help companies control risks in a timely manner,reduce corporate risk costs,and improve overall operating efficiency.
