The exploitation of oil field is one of the main industrial activities at home and abroad.With the growing demand for oil reserves in our country,the work of oil field exploitation become more and more frequent,and the underground environment is increasingly harsh.How to improve the production efficiency,how to deal with more complex oil field environment,and mine the mult-pay oil field reasonably and efficiently,that have become the highly concerned problem at home and abroad gradually.At present,we generally adopt the single separate mining method for the development of the oil layers,and as the core equipment for underground work,sealing packer is particularly important.The quality of its performance directly affects the efficiency of oil exploration.Therefore,it is inevitable to improve the design requirements of the packer.As an important part of the packer,the anchoring part is used to support and lock the rubber barrel effect in working process.In this paper,the actual structure of the anchoring part is simplified,and the corresponding mechanical model is established.The paper makes an analysis of different slip modal of different slip tooth type and tooth fillet radius by Ansys,the finite element analysis software,comparing the maximum Von mises stress in different models under the same working condition.Accordingly,the suitable type of slip tooth can be chosen combining with the actual situation.Finally,the distribution of bite depth analyzed when slip biting with the sleeve to design the slip structure reasonably.Its core structure is the sealing mechanism for the current mainstream compression packer.the packer,and the ability of recovery etc.According to the actual structure of sealing part of the compression packer,this paper establishes the corresponding mechanical model of rubber barrel,and analyze the pressure rubber barrel can withstand and the sealing effect when the rubber barrel contact with the tube in the working process theoretically.And make analysis of the compressed length of rubber barrel,and the contact stress between rubber barrel and the tube in the working process using ABAQUS/Explicit.Finally,in order to make a better design of rubber barrel,this paper focuses on the analysis of the distribution of the contact stress along the axial length of the rubber barrel.Based on the analysis above,we can design anchoring part and sealing part more reasonably according to the specific working environment,and prevent the failure work caused by selecting material improperly and unsuitable structure design,and avoid the economic loss caused by over high requirement of material choice.Aimed at the above problems,this paper makes the analysis of the key parts,anchor structure and sealing mechanism,of the compression packer,providing an important basis for the compression packer of the material and design.
