| Cascade vibration polisher is a kind of barrel finishing device for special-shaped discs and shell parts.The device can remove the burrs and sharp edges of parts and improve the surface mechanical properties of the parts,but in processing of disk parts,there exists a problem of uneven processing of the workiece.This paper puts forward the process of vibration/rotation barrel finishing.Analyzed the structure of critical parts of the device by using ANSYS.Finally,the flange is used as the experimental workpiece for experiment verification,the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.The article analyzed trajectory of any point on flange’s transverse plane and motion mechanism.Conclued that force between particles and workpiece and the velocity of particles in the section above are relatively smaller.2.Designed 3D-model by using Solidworks,explained parts’ constructions and functions.Designed the electrical controlling schematic diagram.Calculated all kinds of size parameters of the spring,then analyzed the spring,rubber shock absorber and bolt under stress by using the finite element simulation method,proved they can satisfy the requirements,analyzed the mode of the device.3.Established the dynamical model of the vibration/rotation barrel finishing device,using ADAMS/Vibration module to simulate amplitude of equipment at work,the simulation results is basically in line with the requirements of the device.Forecast the results of the processing of the flange,measure the surface roughness by region,forecast the average value of surface roughness of the four regions of the flange are basically same,proved the new craft of vibration/rotation barrel finishing can solve the problem of uneven machining.In summary,vibration/rotation barrel finishing device can be used for barrel finishing of disc parts,shell parts,achieve processing uniformity and improve the mechanical properties of the workpiece surface,providing strong technical support for Chinese barrel finishing products. |
