| Hydraulic Support is the key equipment in coal mining face, the slip top beamhydraulic support studied by this paper is suitable for complex geological conditions,tunnel narrow, short working face of small and medium-sized coal mine.It has the largesupport area, high strength, strong adaptability, and it has the advantages to transport, atthe same time it also has the problems of top heavy, crowded frame, rack and so on.Therefore this paper uses the finite element numerical simulation method to optimizestructure and to enhance the strength of purpose and function.This paper takes ZH2600/20/28Z type the whole roof beam combination sliphydraulic support as an example, and uses the material mechanics method to check if thetop beam and column satisfy the theory intensity.In this paper I use the PRO-E softwareto structure the ZH2600/20/28Z type the whole roof beam slip hydraulic support ofvirtual prototype model. I use the finite element analysis software ANSYS to imitate itstop beam stress of several work conditions in theory.As a result I get the stress anddisplacement diagram of the top beam in different difficult conditions,providing atheoretical reference for the future designing and analysis of the slip hydraulic support.The research and development process play an important role in improving the supportone-time success rate design, improving the product quality,shorting the design cycleand saving the design cost. |
