Research On Transformation Strategy Of HX Coal Coking Enterprises

China’s land area is large,ranking third in the world,but the distribution of resources is very uneven,with the characteristics of "rich coal,poor oil,less gas",so the position of coal resources in China’s industrial development can be imagined.Shanxi Province is an inland province in China.It is located in the middle of Beijing,Hebei,Tianjin,Zhengzhou and other industrial clusters.It has rich coal resources and excellent quality.It is an important energy base in China.All kinds of industrial geographical advantages have created the coal industry in Shanxi Province as the main pillar of Shanxi economy for a long time,and laid the tone of Shanxi’s indelible contribution to the national industry.Shanxi’s enterprises have greatly promoted China’s economic growth and industrial development,and also derived many excellent coal related enterprises in Shanxi.Although it is still necessary to implement the basic energy development policy of "coal based diversified development" for a long time.However,the development of domestic coal enterprises is facing huge difficulties,such as overcapacity,serious pollution,low profit point,the impact of imported coal and so on.In this industry development trend,every coal related enterprise in Shanxi is facing great challenges and unprecedented opportunities.How to find a suitable way for the enterprise in this critical period is still a problem to be explored.HX group’s business scope covers coal related industries,such as coal coke,thermal power,coal washing,chemical fertilizer,trade,and new transformation fields,such as real estate,tourism,wine and other related industries.It is a resource-based enterprise integrating production,sales,humanities,scientific and technological innovation.HX adheres to scientific operation and innovation,and constantly improves its management concept and management level.At present,HX group has become one of the key enterprises in the province,making its own contribution to solving the problem of local employment and finance and taxation.This topic takes HX group as the object of case study.Firstly,this paper introduces the growth process of HX group,and deeply analyzes the existing problems of HX group,such as resource depletion,industrial structure defects,human resources problems,management confusion and low efficiency;secondly,it uses PEST analysis method and SWOT rectangular analysis method to analyze the opportunities,challenges and internal advantages and disadvantages of HX group in the process of transformation and development Finally,it analyzes the path of HX group’s transformation and development strategy,specifically to the scale,diversification,internationalization and cleaning,and puts forward the guarantee measures of HX group’s strategic development,respectively from the aspects of system,organization,human resources and innovation.
