Research On High Quality Transformation Development Strategy Of Traditional Coking Enterprises

Since the beginning of the new century,China’s economy has continued to develop positively,but the rapid economic growth requires a large amount of energy products as support.China’s accelerating industrialization process has exacerbated the shortage of natural gas and oil in its energy structure.Coal resources are relatively abundant and can be processed into coke and other products for smelting and chemical processing.Coal resources are an important raw material for supporting industrial production.However,with the increasing environmental problems and local industrial restructuring in China,the transformation of coal coking enterprises is imminent.Shanxi Province,with abundant coal reserves,is a key supporting industry in Shanxi Province,with unique regional characteristics.However,in recent years,due to national coal resource integration,economic and environmental issues,and global economic downturn,the development of the coking industry is facing great pressure.The coking industry and enterprises in Shanxi need to rethink their management models and development strategies to explore new paths for development.As an important enterprise in the coking industry in Shanxi Province,GD is involved in related fields such as fertilizers,coal washing,thermal power,coal coke,and trade,and is a resource-based enterprise.Under the guidance of the concept of high-quality development,GD enterprises take innovation and science as their business philosophy,constantly improve their management level and leadership concept,and keep pace with the times in their development.This article takes the development of GD enterprise as the research object to sort out the development process of GD enterprise,and summarizes the problems of resource exhaustion,industrial structure defects,human resources,and management inefficiency in the development of GD enterprise.Secondly,it comprehensively analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and challenges existing internally and externally during the transformation and upgrading period of GD enterprise,and uses SWOT matrix analysis and PEST analysis to clarify the strategic choices of GD enterprise.Thirdly,it evaluates the new paths and industries such as wine,tourism,and real estate in GD enterprise’s strategic transformation,and finally analyzes the measures for the strategic choices of institution,organization,human resources,and innovation in the transformation and development of GD enterprise from the perspectives of clean production,internationalization,diversification,and scale.
