Study On Life Changes Of Workers In Datong Coal Mine In New China(1949-1978)

The People's Republick of China has been established since 1949.Datong Coal Mine has become an important power coal production base in China.Datong coal mine workers,turned into the owner of the mine,for China's industrial civilization and regional economic development has made a great contribution.In view of this,this paper focuses on the life of Datong coal mine workers from the founding of the People's Republic of China to the reform and opening up,through combing and analyzing the archives and newspapers and other materials,discusses the life changes of Datong coal mine workers under the background of the new era.Looking back on history,Datong coal mine workers in the past low status,by kiln owners,businessmen,warlords and other forces oppressed.During the Japanese puppet period,more than 60,000 miners were abused and killed by the Japanese army.The bodies of the miners accumulated in the valley and beach,forming more than 20 dead people's ditches of different sizes,which were called "mass graves ".After the founding of the People's Republic of China,under the investment and construction of the state and the management of the Communist Party,the work,family,entertainment and culture of coal miners have taken on a new look.The increase of workers' income and the optimization of welfare policy have deepened the workers' affirmation and support for the ruling party,and the workers who have raised their consciousness have responded positively to all kinds of competition activities put forward by the state in various periods.And when the country needs,actively "offer wages ",especially in the anti-American aid Korea,workers spontaneously " morning shift,late work" free support to the Chinese people's volunteers.However,due to the complexity and multi-faceted nature of the coal mine workers,the CPC will not be smooth in the process of reforming and educating workers.For example,some policies are issued and implemented without the understanding and cooperation of workers.By examining how the Communist Party of China organizes and educates workers and how workers participate,such a difficult and tortuous process of interaction can find out the wisdom of the Communist Party of China to transform workers and restore the self-molding of workers in the new and old changes.This process of change is most intuitive and vivid in life.Therefore,this paper takes the life change of Datong coal mine workers as the starting point,through the four major sections of workers' basic general situation,labor life condition,marriage and family life,culture and education,and social entertainment to explore the sad and happy life of the little people under the background of the great change of the times.Through a small part of the whole,this study of the important impact of national policy on the small population.Taking history as a mirror,it shows that the reform of the system and the implementation of the policy need to have the idea of people-oriented,take safeguarding the interests of the people as the starting point,construct the benign interaction chain among the state,society and the people,and jointly promote the development of modern China.
