Aromatic plants are the general name of cultivated plants and wild plants that have aroma and can be used to extract aromatic oil.They are plant groups with common attributes of medicinal plants and aromatic plants.In this paper,the essential oil components and biological activities of five aromatic tree species including Phoebe zhennan,Phoebe bournei(Hemsl.)Yang,Dalbergia pinnata(Lour.)prain,Dalbergia benthami Prain and Dalbergia tsoi Merr.et Chun.On this basis,it has further studied the chemical components of P.zhennan wood and D.pinnata fragrant wood extractum,then has carried out the research on the key technologies of industrialization of the essential oil of P.zhennan,and has carried out the quality inspection and analysis on the developed products.The research results will provide a reference for the health and medicinal value of the five aromatic tree species and the five aromatic tree species as the preferred tree species for forest maintenance,fully improve the resource utilization and commercial value of the five aromatic tree species,and promote the availability of precious aromatic tree species resources.Continue to use.The specific research results are as follows:(1)The essential oils of P.zhennan,P.bournei,D.pinnata,D.benthami and D.tsoi were extracted by steam distillation.The test results show that the main components of P.zhennan branch essential oil were ?-Cadinene,Guaiol and Agaruspirol.The main components of P.zhennan leaf essential oil were ?-Muurolene,?-Cadinene and ?-Cadinol.The main components of P.bournei leaf essential oil were ?-copaene,?-muurolene,and?-cadinene.The main components of P.bournei wood essential oil were verbenone,agaruspirol,and calarene.The essential oils of P.zhennan branch and leaf,P.bournei wood and leaf have inhibitory effects on the four tested bacteria and four tested fungi.In vitro experiments showed that P.zhennan branch,leaf essential oil and P.bournei leaf essential oil had significant potential antitumor activity on leucemia cellline,Breast cancer cell line and colon cancer cellline,while P.bournei wood essential oil had signific ant potential antitumor activity on leucemia cell line.Essential oils from P.zhennan branch and leaf have certain DPPH scavenging effect.P.bournei wood and leaf essential oils can promote the glucose uptake activity of adipocytes.The main components of D.pinnata,D.benthami,D.tsoi essential oil are all Elemicin and Methyleugenol,and they all have certain potential anti-inflammatory activity and hypoglycemic activity;There is a certain potential for coagulation activity.(2)The main components of P.zhennan wood metabolites in positive ion mode are Vulgarone B and 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyl phenol,In the negative ion mode,the main components are(+)-12-methyl myristic acid,2-Hexyldecanoic acid,and confertiferoline.The main components of D.pinnata fragrant wood metabolites in positive ion mode are annionone B,Acetyleugenol,7-hydroxide-5-methoxy-6-methylflavan,In negative ion mode,the main components are Pinocembrin,7-hydroxy-2'-methoxyflavine and Acacetin.Compounds 1-5 were identified identified from D.pinnata fragrant wood and compounds 5-13 were identified identified from P.zhennan wood by silica gel column chromatography,preparative thin layer chromatography(PTLC),MCI column chromatography,ODS reversed phase column chromatography,semi-preparative liquid chromatography and other separation methods and modern spectroscopy techniques such as NMR and ESI-MS.They are Elemene(compound 1),Methyl Eugenol(compound 2),Paeonol(compound 3),Quercetin(compound 4),?-sitosterol(compound 5),Caffeic acid(compound 6),3-(5-(ethoxymethyl)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-Dioxolan-4-YL)-5-Methoxyphenol(Compound 7),Vanillin(Compound 8),Cinnamic acid(Compound 9),Ursolic acid(Compound 10),Chlorogenic acid(Compound 11),Gallic acid(Compound 12),Protocatechuic Acid(Compound 13).Compounds 5-13 were isolated from P.zhennan for the first time,and compound 7 was a new compound.(3)Effect of heating time > solid-liquid ratio > ultrasonic time on extraction rate of P.zhennan wood essential oil.considering factors such as industrial production cost and efficiency,the optimal extraction process of P.zhennan wood essential oil is ultrasonic treatment for 40 min,liquid-solid ratio of 6m L/g and heating time of 3 h.The essential oil of P.zhennan wood essential oil is safe and reliable,it does not contain heavy metals,and the microbial content is far below the national standard.
