Wood vinegar is a yellow or reddish-brown liquid by-product produced by the pyrolysis of biomass.It is widely used as a soil conditioner,feed additive,food additive,anti-inflammatory agent and anti-fungal.However,there are few reports on the main factors affecting the chemical composition of wood vinegar,how to selectively separate the chemical components of wood vinegar and how to keep the chemical composition of wood vinegar stable for a long time.Therefore,this study obtained 75 documents on the composition of wood vinegar by searching 10 databases in Chinese and English,and analyzed the relationship between pyrolysis temperature,raw materials and chemical composition of wood vinegar by using multivariate statistical methods.The composition of wood vinegar at different temperatures;explore the effects of adding different oxidants and reducing agents on the chemical composition,antioxidant activity and total phenol content of wood vinegar;use different pH and organic solvent extraction methods to separate wood vinegar chemistry Ingredients,the main research conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)The results of multivariate statistical analysis show that phenolics and acids are the main components of wood vinegar,and acetic acid is the compound with the largest relative content.Temperature is the main factor affecting the chemical composition of wood vinegar,and there is a significant linear relationship between the chemical composition of wood vinegar and temperature.The wood vinegar of different raw materials did not show obvious clustering.(2)Humic acid-like is the main component of wood vinegar DOM,and the DOC content gradually increases with the increase of pyrolysis temperature.(3)Neutral substances such as ketones and aldehydes have the highest relative content when the pH value is 14.2,6-Dimethoxyphenol is the main compound at pH=11.Phenol is the compound with the highest relative content at pH=9.The main components of pH=7 are catechol and maltol.The main component of pH=4 is acetic acid.2-Methylpropionic anhydride and butyric anhydride are the main components of pH=2.(4)Add different proportions of oxidizing agent H2O2,KMn O4 and HNO3 and reducing agent vitamin C,iron powder and magnesium powder to the stock solution of eucalyptus vinegar.The best oxidant is HNO3,and the best addition amount is 0.6%.The total phenol content is 90.30±2.42 mg/g,DPPH free radical scavenging rate is90.13±1.74%.The best reducing agent is vitamin C,and its total phenol content increases with the addition of vitamin C.The highest total phenol content is 202±6.55mg/g.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for the resource utilization of wood vinegar,which is the waste of agricultural and forestry biomass..
