Study On The Jewelry Design Of Bronze Ware In China's Shang And Zhou Dynasties

With the development of technology and economy,the aesthetic trend of jewellery consumers has also changed.The pursuit of individualization,simplicity,modernization and nationalization has become the trend of design and consumption.China's jewelry industry has a certain scale and entered a stage of steady development,but there is still a big gap with the world's top level.Bronze culture is the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese nation.It has a high artistic value and historical value,and the decorative pattern of bronze is its most expressive part.The Chinese style has become a popular trend,and a trend for the design of jewelry to draw materials from traditional culture.At present,there are few attempts to apply bronze patterns to modern jewelry design,and it is a great pity to waste such a splendid art treasure house.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to study the feasibility of applying bronze patterns in Shang and Zhou dynasties to modern jewelry design,and make a design exploration.Finally,the paper realizes the purpose of enriching jewelry design resources,inheriting bronze art culture,meeting the jewelry needs of contemporary consumers,and completing the integration of traditional and modern design.This paper is divided into three parts.First of all,the author understood the characteristics,research status and application status of bronze culture,and summarized the types,shapes,patterns and connotations of bronze ware.Then,the bronze culture was positioned that it belongs to the minority culture,which has evolved into a trend and gradually integrated into the mass culture.This phenomenon provided a great opportunity for the development of shang and zhou bronze jewelry.Fashion consumption of traditional culture is not only a fashion behavior,but also contains personal values,lifestyle,emotional needs and other factors.The paper studies the consumption behavior and consumption psychology of contemporary consumers,subdivides the groups of shang and zhou bronze ware pattern jewelry according to the different needs for social labels,draws a psychological model,and summarizes the design needs.At last,the paper carries on the theoretical exploration and the design practice,summarizes the design idea and the enlightenment to the modern jewelry design.In the design,the author carried on the jewelry design through the direct application of the pattern,the extraction summary,the reorganization reconstruction and so on,and used eye movement test to screen a large number of design materials,and ahp to test the discernability of the design sketch,and finally completed the design practice.Applying shang and zhou bronze ware patterns to modern jewelry design requires an accurate understanding of contemporary aesthetic trends,consumer psychology and cultural connotations of patterns.We need to achieve both the form and the spirit of the design,so that the ancient pattern revitalized.
